A mini-split for your heating & cooling needs will keep you comfortable as you enjoy the leather furniture with a view in a large living room. Shaded picnic table and outdoor entertaining area with a gas grill. Huge dining table for food or social games. Well stocked kitchen with pots, pans and spices. Wi-Fi and a 65` flat screen for gaming or streaming movies with Roku. Outdoor fire pit is usable at this time with seating and some firewood. Yard Yahtzee and croquette are available to play. Adding a Glamping tent this spring, ask for details.

Gas barbecue with the tools needed for cooking. Picnic table, rockers and outdoor chairs enclosed in the big fenced yard with a firepit. Although I do not have lake access from my property, Big Arm Marina is a short walk down the hill and 2 state parks with wonderful docks and swimming areas are both within a mile.

Self check in with an electronic keypad door lock, code given prior to check-in. I will be working on the property projects when not booked. Current projects are the bathhouse & glamping tent at the back of the property and landscaping.

The neighbors are quiet and friendly. Some dogs barking occasionally. There are picnic tables, a boat ramp and boat slips available at the marina. Big Arm boat rental has a large inventory of toys and chartered boat rides to Wild Horse Island or fishing trips. A short walk down the hill to get there. There are 2 State parks with swimming areas and docks within 2 miles

You are 12 miles from a grocery store, the marina down the hill has a small convenience store. There is no Uber available

If you need meal packages I can have the kitchen stocked for you to cook or deliver from Polson restaurants, let me know your requests.
We also have a GlampCamp on the back of the property - the yard and privacy fence provide a good buffer.
Tent includes, heater, queen memory foam bed, futon, small fridge, coffee maker, and a deck with a Blackstone grill for cooking. There is a private bathhouse with shower. This will accommodate added family or an additional couple.
