On the first floor, there is a lovely kitchen, living room, half bathroom, laundry, and the first of the three bedrooms. This room has a daybed or can be utilized as an office space. The first floor is completed by a screened in porch for guests to enjoy their morning coffee, an afternoon snooze, or an evening dinner after a fun day at the beach.
Upstairs, guests will find two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom features a new queen bed and access to the second floor porch overlooking the Gulf of Maine. The second bedroom includes stunning water views and has a new queen bed and a twin bed.
After a day of beachcombing just steps away, rinse off in the outdoor shower before settling in for a tranquil evening in this idyllic and quaint seaside haven. Enjoy dinner on the screened porch and a round of lawn games or take a stroll to Goldthwait's for a piece of pie or ice cream sandwich.
