Its tree-lined garden, swimming pool and open-plan living areas make it the ideal place to recharge your batteries with family or friends, in the heart of the Basque Country.

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A bright living room with a sitting area with sofa, television and bookcase
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with counter and stools
- A dining table where the whole family can enjoy a meal together
- An en-suite bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200), made up of two single beds (two single beds or one single bed can be made on request), a bunk bed and a shower room with shower and washbasin
- One bedroom with a queen-size bed and direct access to the garden through a French window
- A shower room with a shower and double basins
- Separate WC

First floor:
- A master suite with a king-size bed (180x200), a bathroom with shower, bath and double washbasin and a large dressing room. This suite opens onto a terrace with magnificent sea views.

Outside:
- Two terraces are an extension of the living space on the ground floor.
- The first terrace has a dining table, a plancha grill and access to the heated swimming pool (5.5m x 2.5m, protected by a roller shutter, 1.4m deep).
- On the second terrace, you'll find garden furniture.
