Bright one-bedroom apartment with two spacious terraces, a 10-minute walk from the sea and 5 minutes from the town centre. It is near a pine forest leading to the free public beaches of Marina di Cecina, accessible on foot or by bicycle.



The 45 m² apartment sleeps 5 and features two large terraces ideal for outdoor dining, a washing machine, a TV and air conditioning (on request, available for an extra fee). The kitchen has an oven, a ceramic hob and basic cooking utensils for preparing your own meals. There is one bathroom.



The space

The sleeping arrangements for 5 guests are as follows:

• 1 double bed in the bedroom

• 1 pull-out single bed in the bedroom



One pet is welcome for an extra fee.
