La maison du Golf is a villa with swimming pool, ideal for holidays with friends or family. It's close to the Biarritz golf course (lighthouse) and the Saint Charles district, renowned for its quality food shops (creamery, fruit and vegetables, fishmonger, butcher, caterer, baker and pastry chef). The house has 4 double bedrooms (160cm bed) and 3 bathrooms.

THE HOUSE
The house has been tastefully renovated, combining the chic exterior of the old with a contemporary interior. The atmosphere is Zen and uncluttered, and the living room has been designed for living together, opening onto the terrace with swimming pool (swim lane).
The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the living room and TV area. The first two double bedrooms share a bathroom, and two suites complete the sleeping area.

THE ROOM
The Maison du Golf has 4 double bedrooms. The first two bedrooms share a bathroom, while the two suites complete the sleeping area. The first suite opens onto the terrace with the swimming pool, the second onto the garden. This house is designed for 8 people.

PRACTICAL
You can park 2 cars in the garden in front of the house. It's just a few minutes from the Saint Charles district (very convenient for buying quality food) and the Biarritz golf course.

WHAT WE LOVE
The living room and the seating area in the lounge for sharing moments with friends and family. The size of the pool, a veritable swimming corridor!

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The house is located just a few minutes from the Saint Charles district, a lively shopping area in Biarritz. You'll find everything in Saint Charles: restaurants, florists, bars, bakers, caterers, creameries, fishmongers, fruit and vegetables, banks, and even a fresh produce market on Saturday mornings.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
As a general rule, arrivals are from 4pm to 7pm, and departures from 8am to 10am. For arrivals and departures before 8am and after 7pm, an additional charge will be applied:
From 8pm to 10pm - €50
10:00 pm to midnight - €80
Midnight to 6:00am - €120
From 6:00 to 8:00 - €80
