Ideally located 500m between the large beach of Biarritz and the magnificent beach of the Côte des Basques, it is a dream stay that awaits you in this charming apartment a few steps from the gastronomic heart of the city (shops, restaurants) for a life on foot where you can also enjoy its pretty private terrace of 43m2.<br>Come and stay alone or as a couple on the Basque coast! <br>We are here to listen to you and to make your stay perfect.<br><br>APARTMENT DESCRIPTION: <br>A few stairs to reach the magnificent terrace of this apartment on the first floor with a table, two chairs and two deckchairs. <br>The accommodations are composed of a master suite with double bed (160/200cm) and en-suite shower room. <br>A travel cot is available if needed as well as a hairdryer (systematically). <br>Large veranda with dining table that can accommodate up to 6 people (friends, family)...<br>A large fully equipped kitchen, fridge/freezer, gas hob (4 burners), traditional oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine (not drying), toaster, kettle and all the kitchen utensils you will need during your stay. <br>This is open to the living room with large sofa (2m), television (55p) and small glass table.<br><br>Fans can be provided in case of hot weather, do not hesitate to contact us!<br><br>DESCRIPTION OF THE DISTRICT: <br>You are in the city center of Biarritz. <br>In other words, a stone's throw from the Place Sainte-Eugénie on one side and the covered market on the other. <br>Restaurants, bars, nightclubs, shops of all kinds, luxury boutiques, bakeries, pastry shops, crisscross the streets of this district. <br>5min walk also from the fishermen's port and the beach of the old port where you can find the aquarium of Biarritz. <br>8 minutes walk from the city's Public Garden and the Gare du Midi where you can find shows for all tastes!<br><br>GETTING AROUND:<br>Ditch the car! And make way for walking or the free shuttle bus that goes around the city.<br>You still have all kinds of buses as well as the tram bus behind the town hall and the taxi stand in the city center in front of La Coupole. <br><br>INFORMATION: <br>You have access to the entire accommodation. <br><br>*Groups of young people under 21 years old are not accepted. <br>*non-smoking<br>*no pets <br><br>We offer a late check-in service on request (to be booked in advance):<br>-30€ between 8pm and 9pm.<br>-50€ between 9pm & 10pm.<br>-70€ between 10pm & 11pm. No reception beyond that. <br>To be paid in cash or by cheque on arrival (against a receipt).<br><br>We invite you to respect the time of the appointment that you have set for us. Do not hesitate to arrive a little earlier than the time set. In case of delay in the check-in time initially agreed with you, our hostess will not be able to wait for you.<br>Another appointment time must be set and you will be billed 30€. <br>Thank you for your understanding and do not hesitate for any other questions.<br><br>Fee of 50€ for an arrival on December 24 & 31 after 6 pm and on December 25 and January 1 to be paid on arrival in cash or check (against a receipt).<br><br>In the event of loss of the key to the accommodation during your stay, the lock on the door will have to be changed.
