Perfect B&B
We were 5 guys who spent 2 nights at Oakfield B&B. Great service and the owner were very forthcoming to our requests. The breakfast was good with large portions. The house is situated 10 minutes walk from Betsw-y-Coed center with the bus going to Snowdown stopping right outside. Here you get good value for your money, most definitely worth the price. As stated by other posts, this is a quite large B&B. The entire second floor of the building holds several guest rooms of different sizes.

Great spot as a base to explore the area. Excellent breakfasts and friendly, knowledgable hosts. Would certainly stay again if we were back in the area.

Our one-night stay at Oakfield B&B was lovely! Despite the short duration, we had a fantastic time. The welcoming atmosphere, comfortable room, and delicious breakfast made our stay very enjoyable. We were especially impressed by the beautiful view from our room. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a nice getaway!

Ten out of ten!
The warmest welcome from Jeanette and Steve who are superb hosts...with just the right blend of helpfulness and letting you get on with your holiday.The whole house is beautifully decorated and furnished - and spotlessly clean. Comfortable room and bed. First-class breakfast. Very good value. I'd recommend Oakfield House to anyone...and intend to return myself!

I've been visiting Betws-y-Coed for a number of years, usually choosing to camp, however I thought I'd try Oakfield House as a place to rest my weary legs after climbing Snowdon. I'm glad that I did! I was warmly welcomed by both Steve and Jeanette to their lovely inviting B&B. The room was perfect for my needs being a great size and clean. The location is a short walk into the village either alongside the road or along the river (highly recommend - thanks Steve) and has plenty of space to safely park your car. The following morning I was served a lovely Welsh Breakfast with filter coffee and this was alongside a continental buffet. I'd definitely recommend staying here and will look to book a family room once I can encourage my 8yr twin girls into 'walking up a hill'. Thank you Steve and Jeanette!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE / EXCELLENT FACILITIES.
Jeanette & Steve are wonderful hosts. Their attention to every detail is exemplary. This is my very best stay ever!! Breakfasts are a magnificent feast! With a superbly cooked breakfast, vast choice of cereals, seeds, nuts, fresh fruit of the season, dinky bottles of milk, apple & orange juice, fresh yoghurt, toast-a-plenty to quality percolated coffee. Rooms are fastidiously clean, very well appointed! Plenty of parking. Oakfield House Bed & Breakfast is the best of the very, very best!! Thank you very much Jeanette and Steve.

Excellent stay, superb hosts!
Excellent stay all round, couldn't fault it! Jeanette and Steve were superb hosts and their attention to detail was second to none. All facilities you need were present and everything had been well thought out. Breakfast was a treat and set us up for the day with an excellent selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurt as well as superbly cooked choice of hot food. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved Oakfield House. Jeanette and Steve were very helpful, and we loved chatting with them. The house is charmingly old but the rooms have all the modern amenities. Location is great. Right across the street from several hiking trails, including one that heads into the village. Breakfast was great too!

Excellent stay at this wonderful B and B, would highly recommend and we will definitely be staying there again in the future Oakfield House is ideally situated a few minutes walk to the restaurants in the town. The rooms are extremely well cleaned and all decorated to a high standard. The breakfast is cooked fresh and Jeanette and Steve the hosts are very welcoming.

Highly recommend
Had a lovely couple of days here, Jeanette and Steve we’re really knowledgeable about the area and gave us some great suggestions. We walked to Swallow falls, the forest and the ‘ugly house’ and managed a trip to zip world and Snowdon. It seemed close to loads of things to do so will be returning with the grandchildren. The accommodation was spotless and felt really welcoming. Breakfast was excellent.

Although only stayed for 1 night, this was excellent in all respects. Very clean (and v.well sanitised for covid), very high spec decor/furnishing, very hospitable and great breakfast. I cannot find a bad thing to say about the stay.

After a hectic day up Snowdonia it was great to be welcomed into the hotel, lovely atmosphere the bedrooms where clean, tidy and very comfortable. Breakfast was a delight to eat with very friendly people. I would highly recommend this hotel.

When we first arrived kerb appeal was excellent. To the rear is large car park where you will find a key safe to enter the property and your room ( What an excellent idea) you can turn up anytime day or night without disturbing anyone. When we entered the room we both thought wow the place was spotless clean and tidy like home from home. 10 minutes in and Jeanette came in to introduce herself and tell us about breakfast, and the local restaurants and bars, what a lovely warm friendly person. After a comfortable nights sleep we went for breakfast, the choice for breakfast was excellent with cereals, fruits, yogurts etc, full English even salmon. ( Stephen did the cooking) good chef. The tables had tablecloths and proper napkins. We stayed a week and Jeanette and Stephen couldn’t do enough for us. You don’t need an information centre Jeanette is a fountain of knowledge. We felt more like friends than guests and would recommend this B& B to anyone. Thank you Jeanette and Stephen for a wonderful week at your B&B. Danny and Barbara. (Croydon).

Redelijke B&B in potentieel mooie omgeving.
Vriendelijke ontvangst. B&B ligt iets buiten het dorp. Simpele maar schone kamer. Goed ontbijt. In de ontbijtkamer staat een bankstel zodat het als lounge kan worden gebruikt. Na 18:00 kan in het dorp gratis worden geparkeerd zodat het mogelijk is om ongehaast in het dorp te dineren. Helaas waren de weersomstandigheden extreem slecht. De omgeving lijkt mooi te zijn als het een beetje helder is. Bij slecht weer is er echter weinig te doen. Het weer maakte depressief.
