Upon my arrival I smelled mold, I'm highly allergic. Hallways are dark and there are no elevators to the second floor. Had to carry my luggage up one flight. My rooms view, a ripped curtain and dirty windows.

The toilet bowl was very short. The shower curtain had mildew. The carpeting looks worn. Lots of dogs at the hotel due to a dog show on the premises as a result some barking during the night.

When me and my family arrived to check in at 4 was told our rooms was not ready 10-15 mins turned into 45 mins there is no elevator room door would not open stood in the hallway for additional 15 mins waiting for maintenance and the young lady at the front desk was not pleasant at all never again

ROACH I repeat a roach was found crawling over my foot and I told front desk and no accommodations were presented!!!! The front desk lady spoke very loudly and pretty much told everyone in that front lobby my room number!!!! RUN

Bathroom sink would not drain properly and when it did drained on to bathroom floor. Pool side/garden door had no chain to secure door and no key card would open door despite numerous cards being reprogrammed. Door from inside hotel did not work either and had to be propped open with an ashtray. I checked in Friday and left Sunday and door was like that for 2 days.

This hotel was filthy. The grounds were unkempt and not taken care of. The key cards did not work. When asked for towels they told us they did not have anymore. The toilet and sink were not working properly. I’m actually going to reach out to the property to make a formal complaint.

Has a vintage feel to it that I like. The staff is professional, friendly, and responsive to my needs. (Which isn’t a whole lot because everything is in order). Parking is convenient. Ive stayed there 3 times in the last year its my “go to hotel” when I go visit Bethlehem. Its near a freeway so shopping is aprox 10-15 min drive. I just hope they dont raise the prices because of this review! Lol

We were not allowed to do early check in (even tho there were plenty of rooms) bathtub was dirty and faucet handle was broken. Hallways were very dirty, breakfast was horrible. Asked for the laundry room and was told Inhad to walk to the hotel next door to do laundry. Way too Many guest complaining… We were a family of 4 (two children) would NOT stay there again.

We arrived for check in and provided our room. We were able to access the outside entrance w key card; however, the key didn’t wok in our door. Went to front desk to advise. Was told maintenance needed to reprogram the door. Waited over 10 mins. Went back downstairs, mind you there is no elevator at this location. Asked for a new room, which I feel they should have provided once I mentioned that the key didn’t work. It was well after the 4:00 check in time that we were checking in. Maintenance did however come and reprogram our original room we stayed in that room. The towels had some staining on them and there was visible mold around shower tiles. The tub spigot leaked. The breakfast was a hot breakfast with multiple choices. We have stayed here before and never had these issues prior.

The first room we stayed in...the bed broke when i sat down. Moved to a room 4 doors down. The microwave didnt work and there was a stain on one of the sheets. Also there was no elevator to carry suitcases, we had to walk up a flight of stairs.

Clean room with an attitude
Most importantly, room was clean and bed comfortable. Hotel itself is a but outdated and could use a renovation. Front desk staff seemed to have an attitude and was a bit rude. We had showed up early and were told that they would not check us in until at least 3:00. I asked if they do not do early check ins, she said they do but had nothing available, refusing to even check the computer to see if our room was ready. We waited until 3 but still got attitude telling us we had to now wait until 4. My husband who is disabled had come in and commented that he really needed to get off his foot. The girl then checked the computer and realized that (oh yes) our room was available for check in. And then my disabled husband had to struggle to get up to the 2nd floor as they did not have 1st floor availability and do not have an elevator. Not a good hotel for the handicapped. But a decent hotel if you're just looking for a clean room. And breakfast was decent with hot and cold selections. I've had better but I've definitely had worse.

A very nice place to stay.
The room was very spacious and very enjoyable. The only issues I had was that the soda machines were not working properly. Other than that, I was very glad I stayed.

This property is in dire need of an upgrade. The steps to upstairs feel aluminum as you walk and sort of give. The room had light switches that did nothing, and outlets that did not work. I had to move the microwave to the desk to use it. Two of the lamps did not turn on. The shower was fine at times and others was vibrating and making a loud knocking sound. The toilet was entirely too close to the bathroom door. There were holes in the wall. I killed two flies in the room, that were in there when I got there. And lastly, the heat was inconsistent. It was blowing like crazy and it didn’t matter if it was on auto or not. I was there for an event and the manager was ridiculous about set up time. All other staff I interacted with, were friendly and helpful.

You get what you pay for. It was on the cheaper side so for the value it was ok. I was frustrated that the restaurant was closed both nights I stayed. I chose this hotel because of the on site restaurant. I was unfamiliar with the area and didn’t want to leave the hotel. That didn’t work out too well. The hotel is dated but ok. Small bathrooms in room, ice machine broken. About what you should expect for the price.

Confusing hotel
Hotel is a bit rundown and very hard to discern THATS The hotel because the Sure Stay sign is far away, like in another parking lot and the name on the outside of the hotel is different. VERY confusing Also, every morning at breakfast, I never saw an attendant. They’d be no milk left for the cereal and no one ask.
