I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at EVEN Hotel.
At a little after 8:00 a.m., a staff member knocked on my door asking to clean the room, without any prior notice or consent. This is unreasonably early and a clear disturbance to guests’ rest.
What made the situation worse was that it felt less like a service and more like an attempt to pressure guests into saying they do not need housekeeping, which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
Respecting guest privacy and personal schedules should be a basic standard for any hotel. This experience significantly affected my stay and does not meet the expectations I have for the EVEN Hotel brand.
