20 minutes after getting my room. The woman at the front desk gave the same room to 2 women. When they opened the door and I’m laying on my bed they were def scared. My phone rang immediately after and she asked me who I was. I told her the person she just checked in and gave the key to.
Then when I left and came back my key no longer worked.
Went to settle in for the night and I have no remote for the tv. When I went back down for the second time, the gentleman working the desk representing the business is wearing sweatpants and a matching sweatshirt and had his child running around in the lobby while he was working. He opened the drawer and gave me a random TV remote without even speaking a word to me. When I turned on the TV, there was no TV reception and no channels worked.
Went to bed, angry and frustrated with my experience so far just to be woken up at five in the morning because someone left the alarm clock in the room set to 5 AM.
The room adjacent to me also had the alarm clock set to 5 AM but no one was in their room so I couldn’t go back to bed because all I could hear. Was that alarm clock through the wall for the next three hours.
As a whole, this was a horrible experience and I wish management would be spoken to about the behavior and I feel I should be refunded for my entire experience
