Elevator access ensures seamless movement between all floors.

Second Level – Coastal Gathering Hub: Designed with comfort and connection in mind, this floor includes a spacious open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room that flow seamlessly onto a covered porch with an outdoor dining space—ideal for morning coffee or evening meals in the ocean breeze. Two additional bedrooms—one with a queen bed, the other a bunkroom—share a full bathroom on this level.

Third Level – Peaceful Retreat: The top floor is a sanctuary within a sanctuary. LINENS
1st Choice Properties provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; bathmats for all full baths and kitchen towels. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

STARTER KIT
1st Choice Properties also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.

This property offers starter toiletries in all bathrooms as well as a Welcome Basket which includes granola bars, chips, starter Keurig pods, teas, and creamer.

MISCELLANEOUS
The maximum occupancy is 18 people.

There is a limit of 8 vehicles. Parking is available for 6 cars in the driveway and 2 in the garage.

Kindly refrain from bringing pets, smoking, or vaping.

Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from 1st Choice Properties is considered unlawful trespassing. 1st Choice Properties will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.
