    This bright and dreamy Sea Colony condo is perfect for a relaxing getaway by the beach. From the spiral staircase dividing the two-story interior to the stylish modern design, the space comes well-appointed for comfort. Though days will be spent soaking up the sunshine at the beach just blocks away, mornings, evenings, and any downtime in between can be enjoyed at home base. The furnished deck is ready for outdoor leisure, while the main living area features all-new furnishings. Two, Amazon Fire TVs are equipped for streaming all your favorite shows or movies. The full kitchen makes it easy to plan and prepare home-cooked meals. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, a community shuttle, and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis Magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. You won't have to go far to get a taste of this coastal city, as simply walking from the complex can expose you to the tasty restaurants nearby. When the sand is calling your name, make your way up to Bethany Beach Boardwalk and spend the day splashing in the warm water or grabbing a souvenir from a local shop.



    Things to Know

    This home is not equipped with cable. Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s). Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



    Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

    The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.

Beautiful Beach Get Away🏝️

This home is just lovely. The perfect beach home that is tastefully decorated with great amenities comfortable bedding and perfect location. Not far from tennis center, marketplace and beach. I would stay here again!

Great rental

Clean, newly updated appliances and well stocked kitchen with the basics for cooking simple meals. Beds were comfy and we didn’t hear any neighbors the entire week we were there. Easy check in/out and can’t beat the location for tennis or beach! Very well maintained unit

Perfect! The pool is literally a minute a way!

Stayed with my husband and our 2 children. The place was perfect for us! Great proximity to everything - pool, beach and restaurants within walking distance. Super cute decor and clean. The tram stop and pool are at the end of the street - one minute walk! We will definitely want to book here again!

Beautiful and comfortable!

My mom and I stayed for the weekend here and enjoyed our stay so much! The condo is beautifully renovated, clean, and comfortable. Everything in there was working properly and had no hiccups. In a great location that’s walking distance from food and the beach. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Beautiful Condo!

The condo is exactly as it pictured. It’s super clean and very well decorated. The kitchen has been updated and is well stocked with essentials. The walk to the beach or to the tennis center is only five minutes. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great stay!

Close to the pool and the Marketplace. Great amount of space for a small family. There are no blinds on the slider doors which would be nice for privacy and security. Everything was clean and updated, and the kitchen had everything we needed too.

Cozy and Inviting!

This place exceeded all my expectations! Very tastefully decorated, it truly feels like a home away from home. The bed is very comfortable and so are the linens. The kitchen has everything you need to make all your meals. It’s a quick walk to the private Sea Colony beach and conveniently situated near plenty of shops/dining. Jill is a great host. Couldn’t recommend this place more!!

Lovely place to stay

Beautifully decorated and newly updated, thoughtfully stocked up home. Walking distance to beach and many sea colony amenities. The host provided caring touches in the property from all sorts of cooking supplies, a fan upstairs, usb chargers to a beach blanket♥️. I would definitely recommend and would love to book the place again. Thank you so much for allowing us to have a great vacation. 🙏

Nicely furnished, newly renovated condo

This one bedroom with loft was worked out well for our family of four. I think the location was perfect as it was easy to get many places by foot or bike (tennis, beach, pools and into town). The furnishings were simple and modern, kitchen was updated and clean and the balcony was perfect under the canopy of trees providing shade most of the day. I'd say given the condo is a one bedroom with one bathroom, it could be tight on bathroom space for a family of four but we managed just fine.

Lovely Bethany Beach Condo

This private, spacious condo is walkable to Bethany beach and shops and has all that you could ever want for your beach vacation. Sleeps six comfortably, large outdoor balcony on the 2nd floor, full kitchen, furniture was all new and the place was clean. We were also given a guest pass to access all the condo amenities, which are too much to list. Not sure what else you could ask for, just book it immediately!

First Visit to Area

The location and amenities and the very well organized and clear instructions made our first visit to Sea Colony and the DE and MD beaches better than we could have ever imagined. We easily did day trips to Assateague, Rehoboth, and Ocean City. And easy trips by Sea Colony Tram over to the beach and other pools. The condo is smaller but well laid out. The bedrooms are good sized and the private deck is a nice addition being on the second floor. It was very quiet and we enjoyed coffee on the back deck in the morning. The one pool was just across the street. Trash pickup was twice a week and you just have to take it out to the parking lot dumpster. The bathroom and Living room could be a little larger but we spent so much time out doing things, we mostly just slept there. Kitchen was very big and had everything we needed. All of the staff we talked to were helpful and kind. Such a wonderful first experience and we can’t wait to come back!
