The Space:
On the stunning coast of Delaware, you'll find this beautiful, renovated condo right on the water with spectacular views. Among the luscious green trees and sparkling water, you'll truly feel like you're away from it all when you stay here.
Inside, you'll find a bright interior filled with natural light, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling viewing windows. The interior has been completely updated in 2022 and is chic with gorgeous finishes, new appliances, and modern decor. Gather around the living area furniture to take in a movie night on the large TV or make memories around the dining table (extendable to fit eight people), playing board games or reading books provided for your enjoyment. Take advantage of the little work-from-home office nook equipped with a modern standing desk and lake views in case inspiration strikes. Prepare grand meals or on-the-go snacks in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and extras such as a waffle maker, Crockpot, Keurig Coffee Maker, and filtered water dispenser. Follow the sweeping spiral staircase to the loft, where you'll find three comfortable beds (one convertible). The beautiful main bedroom is a sight to behold, with amazing views, a TV for private viewing, and a lovely en suite bathroom. Each downstairs bedroom comes with its own brand new flatscreen TV.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.
The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.
