    The Space:

    Overlook the surf and sand from the private balcony of this eighth floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront condo! Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this one-level design features a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 3 flat-screen TVs, 3 DVDs, Wifi. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. THINGS TO KNOW Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



    Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

    The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.

Perfect beach view right in front of you. Condo provided good kitchen supplies to cook in. Linens provided . Nice pool area and wonderful beach.

Mother's Day Getaway

We came down for Mothers day weekend and this beautiful condo was perfect for a getaway! The condo is great and the Sea Colony has amazing amenities as well! Bethany is a quiet relaxing beach and its conveniently located in the middle of the Delaware beaches with easy access to everyrhing from rehoboth dowm to OCMD. Wonderful place, would definitely stay again!

Overall the stay was very good. Amenities could use updating but that did not overshadow the sea colony experience and the amazing view from the 8th floor. Very roomy unit.

Beautiful sunrise views, short walk to Bethany for ice cream. Short drive to OC for a rainy day movie, and Rehoboth for skeeball!

The location was fantastic! Ocean front! Two bedrooms! Eight floor overlooking the pools and the peaceful sunrises!We kept the windows open to hear the ocean while we slept!Everything I wanted for our 42nd anniversary!Jesus is so good! We are so blessed!

Family vacation

Our family had a great stay! The location was perfect, the condo had all of the necessary amenities and was much larger in person than we expected based on the pictures. It was perfect for us and our three young kids. It was great to be able to walk to the beach and switch between the beach and the pool easily. Can’t wait to come back again!

Great off-season weekend at the beach

Our family (kids ages 6 & 9) and two adults stayed at this great location on the beach. Many amenities were closed, but the heated indoor pool and outdoor pools were perfect. Location is ideal for biking along the Bethany boardwalk nearby and walking right on to the beach. Quiet during off-season is also a plus for families.

Comfy with great views

Cosy furnishings with the ablity to sleep a family of 5 comfortably. The views from the 8th floor are amazing on both sides of the building!

Girls getaway for Retirement

Location was fabulous. Guest bathroom had issues with flushing. Oven was not too clean. Overall we would stay here again.

Sea Colony

This property was perfect for us. I loved seeing the ocean from the living and dining rooms. Sitting on the balcony and looking at the ocean was very relaxing. The property was clean and nicely furnished. Everyone was respectful about wearing masks and keeping social distance. I would stay here again!
