Elevated on pilings, this charming getaway offers a perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm.
The first floor (accessible via exterior stairs) features a spacious screened-in porch, providing a relaxing space to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening. Inside, you’ll find a bright and airy living room, dining area, and a fully stocked kitchen—perfect for gathering after a day in the sun. The primary suite is also on this floor, complete with a king bed, TV, and a Peloton for fitness enthusiasts.
Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms—one with two twin beds and the other with a king bed. Both rooms have TVs and share a hallway bathroom.

LINEN PACKAGE
1st Choice Properties provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; kitchen towels and bathmats for all full bathrooms. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
STARTER KIT
1st Choice Properties also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.
MISCELLANEOUS
-The maximum occupancy is 6 people.
-There is parking for up to 4 vehicles depending on vehicle size.
-No smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.
-This home is pet friendly and will allow up to two dogs, for an additional fee of $250.00 per dog.
-Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
-Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from 1st Choice Properties is considered unlawful trespassing. 1st Choice Properties will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.
-The property owners we represent do not permit reservations for groups under the age of 25.
DELAWARE SHORT-TERM RENTAL TAX
Delaware has imposed a short-term rental lodging tax at the rate of 4.5% of the rent upon every occupancy of a short-term rental within the State. This new tax went into effect on January 1, 2025. The tax applies to all short-term rentals in Delaware, including those listed on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO.
