3 Bedroom, 2.5 bath plus warm water outdoor shower.  Huge deck overlooking water with gas grill (gasoline connected - no need to worry about tanks).  Screened-in porch with dining for 6, smart TVs in all bedrooms and living room, highspeed wifi, and desk space. 

Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and walk-in closet (on main level). Upstairs bathroom with tub/shower combination for Queen bedroom and bunk room which are both upstairs.  All bedrooms have views to the water.

Fully equipped chef's kitchen with built-in Bosch Refrigerator and Freezer, wall oven, microwave oven and convection stove. Dual zone central air and gas fireplace. 

Relax on the hammock or bench swing, or play games (board games, yard games provided - corn hole and ladder ball, paddle ball).  The house has a large shed to store things and has some extra beach gear (chairs, umbrella, sand toys) for your use, two bicycles (one adult, one kid size), and some kids fishing equipment and crabbing equipment.  There is also a second fridge in the shed for overflow fridge space.

Easy walk or bike into town or take the free town trolly (at the corner of 6th st and Evans). 

No boats are provided, but you are free to bring your own kayaks or paddleboards. The Salt Pond and Bethany Loop Canal connect with the Indian River Inlet through the Bethany Beach Canal, Assawoman Canal, Whites Creek, and Indian River Bay. 

The home is well provisioned and some essentials will be stocked at the beginning of peak summer season; however, are not guaranteed. Linens are not included, but a linen package is available (details below)

The house has the capacity to sleep as many as 11 people; however may be more comfortable for groups of 8 or 9 (due to this home's sleeping arrangements that include 2 Bunk Beds, a Trundle Bed and a Futon). 

Linens Package Option: 
Pillows, comforters, and mattress covers are provided in the home.  However, bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels are NOT automatically included.  For your convenience, Bethany Beach Home Rentals offers an optional Home Linens Package. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival.

1 Deluxe Towel Set per Person based on the Property`s Maximum Overnight Occupancy

Set Includes: 1-Deluxe 54x27 Bath Towel, 1-30x16 Hand Towel and 1-12x12 Washcloth

Set Includes: 1 high quality fitted bottom and flat top sheets.  1 pillowcase for singles, 2 pillowcases for doubles and queens, and 2 king pillowcases for king sets

1 Bathmat per Full Bathroom based on the properties Full Bathroom Count
FREE Delivery and Pickup
 
All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival.  You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
 
Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.  For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation. 
 
Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens locally from Gale Force Rentals 800-321-1592.   

Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest. However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

"Welcome" Email
You will receive a "Welcome" Email 18 Days prior to your Arrival Date.  The email will contain a wealth of information about your vacation home.  Please let us know if you have any questions once you receive the email.  

Outdoor Monitoring 
The home may have an outdoor and/or garage security camera and/or video doorbell installed outside of the living space.  These monitoring devices are for security purposes only.  

Lease Agreement
Please be advised upon completing a reservation with Bethany Beach Home Rentals, you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions in the Lease. Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy can also be found on our Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.

Covid-19 Cleaning and Sanitizing Procedures
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.

We are the exclusive agents for this home. We can answer any questions you have, either by phone or by email, and we can put together a rental reservation to lock the home for you for the dates that you are requesting.
