Apartment 44A has a frontal view of the Serra do Mar, receiving the freshness of the native vegetation of the Atlantic Forest and a side view of the Beach, receiving a pleasant sea breeze, These factors justify a pleasant temperature inside the property, throughout the year, including in the high summer season.
It has beach services (3 umbrellas, 3 coffee tables, 8-10 comfortable chairs and ice cubes for the cooler). The Condominium has a heated swimming pool with waterfall and sun loungers, dry and wet sauna and circular shower, gardens, games room with billiards, ping-pong, foosball and card tables, playroom, party room and gourmet space, with toilets, stove 6 burners, oven, sink, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kiosks with barbecue grills, pizza oven and all other leisure facilities that can be used by guests / renters (check Reservations and Timetables at the Entrance), at no additional cost. Riviera de São Lourenço beach is in Bertioga and reaches three neighborhoods in just 4.5 km of coastline: Indaiá, Riviera de São Lourenço and Jardim São Lourenço.
To get to Riviera, as well as most of the city's beaches, you must use the Rio-Santos highway (BR-101). At km 212 it is possible to see the imposing portal that presents the neighborhood.
At km 248 of the Rio-Santos highway it is possible to see the Bertioga portal, which is just 120 km from the capital of São Paulo, totaling a journey of approximately 2 hours, without traffic. In a straight line, where there are no roads, the distance is 62 km.
Departing by car from São Paulo, these are the 3 best options:
• Via Rodovia dos IMIGRANTES (SP-160) until exit 57-B or VIA ANCHIETA (SP-150), then taking the access to the North Coast of SP, which is Rodovia CÔNEGO DOMÊNICO RANGONI (SP-55 known as PIAÇAGÜERA-GUARUJÁ), then accessing the PRESTES MAIA Highway, better known as RIO-SANTOS (BR-101). The Anchieta-Imigrantes System (SAI) connects the capital of São Paulo to the South Coast from Santos, São Vicente and Praia Grande and you can get to Bertioga via the Santos-Guarujá and Guarujá-Bertioga ferries or via the Rio-Santos Highway.

• Via Rodovia AYRTON SENNA (SP-70) or VIA DUTRA (BR-116 / SP-60), then taking the access to Rodovia DOM PAULO ROLIM LOUREIRO (SP-98 known as MOGI-BERTIOGA) and accessing Rodovia PRESTES MAIA, better known as RIO-SANTOS (BR-101).
