Welcome to Brae View, a beautifully styled, pet-friendly holiday home in the heart of Berry, one of the South Coast’s most charming country towns. Perfectly located just a short walk from Berry’s cafés, boutiques, markets, and historic village centre, this spacious five-bedroom retreat is ideal for family holidays, getaways with friends, or a relaxed weekend escape.

This home strictly does not allow parties and is fitted with a decibel noise monitoring device to detect parties.

With accommodation for up to 11 guests (maximum 10 adults), Brae View blends timeless character with modern comforts. The home features:

Five generous bedrooms: including a master suite with a king bed and designer ensuite, three queen bedrooms, and a fifth bedroom with a tri-bunk – perfect for kids or extra guests.

Two stylish living areas with cosy furnishings and a welcoming fireplace – ideal for cooler nights.

A light-filled, open-plan kitchen, dining and living area that opens to a large, covered deck with outdoor lounge and dining, overlooking landscaped gardens and views to Wedding Cake Mountain.

This Berry holiday rental is all about indoor-outdoor living. Spend sunny days splashing in the heated in-ground pool (heated September to April), picking herbs from the veggie garden, or making pizzas in the outdoor wood-fired oven. There’s also a generous lawn, fruit trees, and plenty of space for kids to play or for your dog to roam (fully fenced and pet-friendly).

Bookings over Christmas and New Year are a minimum of 5 nights. Please ensure that bookings in peak summer holiday season don't leave a gap of less than the 5 nights at the beginning or end of your stay
