Welcome to our beautiful, modern, spacious waterfront home on Lake Chapin, man all sports lake. Our home sits on 1.5 acres on a beautifully landscaped hill that offers breathtaking views of the lake and has dock access - you can even have a pontoon boat delivered to the nearby launch so you can leave it at the dock for your trip! (Boat lift is not available). You can also swim right off our dock and enjoy your private swim island! Or if you prefer, you can relax year round in our large Masterspa! As you pull up to the home after via a private road, you'll realize this is a secluded gem in the heart of Southwest Michigan. This is your ideal home for summer lake fun, fall leave turning/pumpkin patch visits, winter snow activities, and spring winery tours.

Our home features 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and multiple outdoor entertaining spaces providing plenty of space for groups up to 15, but also cozy and charming for an intimate getaway. Our home has floor to ceiling windows in the main room which allow for abundant sunlight to stream into the home and offers amazing sunrise and sunset views. Off the main room, you can retreat to a cozy 3 seasons room with a fireplace after a long day on the lake or in the sun. Our home features amazing outdoor spaces including a small balcony off the main bedroom for quiet coffee in the morning with a view, an ample outdoor dining space to enjoy meals, rocking chairs to take in views of the lake, a fire pit for late nights, comfortable couches to stargaze and a large SWIM SPA! The spa is operated all year long. We also have a dock that has two new kayaks and a private swim island with loungers!

Each room at the Lakeview Cove is thoughtfully curated for our guests to enjoy and nearly every room (including the laundry room!) offers incredible views of the lake. Cook up a meal in the the well stocked kitchen with granite countertops and high-end Wolf appliances. Enjoy your meals on our outdoor dining set on the deck or in the dining room. In the evenings, our basement is perfect for evening activities including watching a movie (or Netflix) on a new 75 inch flat screen smart TV, playing pool, ping pong or foosball, mixing up cocktails at the bar and enjoying a fire on the deck. When it's time to recharge, our 6 bedrooms provide for the ultimate sanctuary to retreat to. Each bedroom is stocked with high end linens and premium mattresses. The main bedroom features a premium king bed, sitting area, private balcony, and a large bathroom with a jetted tub.

When you are ready to venture outside our home, you'll find that the home is centrally located and minutes to wineries/breweries along the shore line wine trail, nearby farms for seasonal fruit picking and amazing fishing and trails along the St. Joseph River. Lakeview_Cove on IG

High End House, Private, Lake Front

This was our second time renting this house and have had great experiences both times. The house is very spacious and clean. The furnishing and finishes are high end, and the kitchen was really well equipped.... excellent if you are into cooking. The outside space is excellent. Large patio with lots of seating, solo stove and a MASSIVE hot tub. The neighbors are fairly close by but are separated by trees and the space feels very private. The views of the lake and sunsets were excellent. We will look to rent again.

Family Birthday Celebration

Perfect home for a family gathering. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for great meals (stocked kitchen), plenty of room, very comfortable beds, pool table, ping pong, and more. Hosts very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this location!

Lake home delight

Beautiful home with very responsive owners. Lots of space for our large family gathering. Proximity to the water was very private and felt quite secure. Rented a pontoon boat throughout our stay and it was perfect for this lake location. No disappointing comments from anyone in our group.

The property was everything it said it would be. Our family of 15 thoroughly enjoyed every minute we were there. Hilda is an excellent post and her communications are perfect. The house and the property are amazing and our family would stay here again without question. We all got our exercise in with the steps down to the water, but it was worth it.

Amazing bachelorette weekend

The place was amazing and just as pictured and described! The hot tub was super spacious and easy to use, the views of the lake are gorgeous. Perfect space for us to celebrate my bachelorette! Definitely would love to come back when the weather is nicer and utilize the lake more! We did use the kayaks and they were super accesible and fun as well! 10/10 would recommend.

Great Family Vacation!

This house was great for our family vacation! Our adult children and grandchildren joined us at the beautiful location. There was plenty to keep us busy and relaxed. The owner and property manager were very quick to reply to any of our questions or needs. Really appreciated the life jackets, comfy pillows, blankets and sofas! No need for a stair master with 85 steps to the lake. The property was very well maintained, comfortable, with great amenities! Would definitely recommend!

A Great Family Vacation

Our family had a great time- the house and property is beautiful! We had 9 adults and 5 children ages 1 yr- 8 yrs. There was space for everyone, we even had extra beds! The kids loved the games and jumping off the dock! The water spa was a big hit. This was great for a big family. I highly recommend it!

Special Spot

Our kids and grandkids really enjoyed this special spot on Lake Chapin. When we were not out kayaking or playing ping pong or pool, we were all gathered around the huge kitchen island sharing laughs and stories. It is truly a great place for families and friends to gather - plenty of space, and so clean. Hope to come back and use the new swim spa. Thanks Hilda for your help. Dotty and Bob

Great family house

This house was great for our three families. Everything was very clean. The view was great. The main floor was very spacious for us all to hang out in. The patio was perfect with the grill/firepit, and the kids loved the game room.

Great house for a family!

I stayed here with my 2 children and some extended family. We loved the space of the house, the views, and the lake access. My 3 year old had a blast on the roll out mat on the lake, and many of us enjoyed the kayaks and fishing on the lake. The house being up high on the hill made all the views wonderful even when we couldn’t get down to the lake. Our host was very responsive and helpful.
