Great family venue
The house was spacious with beautiful view. We stayed for a Syracuse graduation ceremony. About 40 min from campus. So much better than staying in a hotel. Fantastic time

Panther Lake Escape
We enjoyed a week of family time on Panther Lake. We were able to bring our fishing boat and tie it to the dock right in front of the camp. Everyone caught multiple fish. Everything at the camp worked as it should. It was very quiet during the week. The grocery store was near enough that restocking essentials was painless. We had one issue that was resolved in a timely manner. We would recommend Miles’ rental to family and friends.

Excellent lake house
Great spot to spend some time with family and friends. House has every toy (boat, kayak, paddle board, paddle wheeler, ping pong table, darts, hot tub, fire pit) for all age ranges to keep the fun meter at high throughout the stay. Love the large dining room table where everyone can comfortably gather and enjoy food and games. Miles was always responsive and a great host. Hope to return in winter when the lake freezes over.

Perfect location on Panther lake
This was a family vacation with all adult children. Very comfortable property with everything you need to enjoy this beautiful lake. The view from the top deck is gorgeous. The water is clear and refreshing. I would, however, not recommend for anyone who has trouble with stairs. The stairs from the top deck down to the water are very steep. My husband did not venture down them. All in all, a beautiful spot.

Great place!
Beautiful, clean spacious home for all to enjoy. Our family ranged in age from 13 months-86 years old. We had great weather and were in the water everyday. We are from the city and appreciated the sandy bottom of the lake and no seaweed. The steps going into the lake were perfect for my 86 year old father. Beautiful sunsets every night! We will be back!

Lovely Stay
The property is a perfect size for a family to comfortably fit. There was a pack-n-play, high chair and toys for a little one; all kinds of board games, cards and water "toys" for older kids. Unfortunately not all of our family could come stay with us so we did not use many of the "toys". That being said, it was calm and peaceful and we thoroughly enjoyed the comfy furniture on the lower deck and the beautiful sunsets.

SU Graduation family celebration
Our stay at the lake house on Panther Lake was absolutely perfect. The house gave us plenty of room for our large family. We really enjoyed hanging out on the spacious deck overlooking beautiful views of the lake & family dinners & games at the beautiful dining table.

Great house!!!

This is a wonderful place - great kitchen amenities, clean, comfortable, extra fridge in basement, absolutely beautiful decks! You will have no problems with access to the house as Miles provides everything you need AHEAD of time as well as his phone number. I would say that everything seemed nicer in person. Hot Tub was mint!

Beautiful Lake House with a Fantastic View
Had a wonderful long weekend with some friends at this gorgeous lake house. Really enjoyed spending some time out on the deck overlooking the lake and relaxing in the hot tub. The area was very peaceful. I would happily return! The host was very kind and responsive.

Fishing Trip
We are all incredibly thankful for the property and boat Miles provided to us. For the past three years, me and several family members have gone on a men’s Fall fishing trip but didn’t catch anything of worth until this year. Beyond being more than welcoming to us, Miles has a house that makes you feel more than at home. We will definitely be back next year for our trip, hoping to catch even bigger fish than this year.

Wonderful experience
My friends and I really enjoyed the space and comfort of this home. The check in and check out process was very convenient. Every bed was made up neatly and they even left little treats as a warm welcome. Miles was great with communicating with me and his response to an issue was quick. We will definitely be returning next year for a longer stay. Everything was perfect!

Great house made for a great vacation
House was great. Plenty of room for our group of 9 to spread out and enjoy. Beds were very comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the lake and use of kayak, stand up paddle board and paddle boat. House was very clean and Miles was very helpful with everything. Nothing about the house but we wish there would have been more activities to do in the area for a day trip. Went for hike at Chitanango Falls (an hour away), it was beautiful. We highly recommend this house. Our best Vrbo house we have stayed at yet.

Great fun at Panther Lake
A real find for a family get away. The property is nice and the owner is great. Readily available but not intrusive and he goes out of his way to make sure you're having a good experience. The place is every bit as nice as pictured. Large decks overlooking the lake provide a great peaceful view and a fantastic gathering place. There was plenty of seating and table space inside and out. A large retractable awning off the back of the house provided a great sunshade. And, if it rained, we were all still able to hang on the deck. All the appliances worked nicely and the kitchen was well equipped. There is a new gas grill out side and many boats, floats and toys for your use. The lake front is clear of weeds and just the nicest bottom for your feet. There is a large swimming area off the dock. The gradual deepening is perfect for young swimmers or putting in chairs and enjoying your favorite beverage. Or, dive off the end into about 6 foot of refreshment. We rented the owners power boat for an additional fee and used it for fishing, swimming and just cruising the lake. The shared living space was perfect for our large party of 10 adults and a 3 yr. old. Plenty of games and activities were available for children of all ages as well as internet, WiFi, TV, DVD and Alexa. Probably a lot more things too but we spent most of our time out side enjoying the lake. We had just an awful lot of fun and tremendously enjoyed our stay. We are thinking of returning so I don't want to say too much more about how good it is or we will never be able to get reservations. :)

Great Getaway
We wanted a place where everyone from grandkids to grandparents could relax and have fun, and this fit the bill perfectly! The house was clean and in excellent condition, and there was plenty of room for all three generations to gather together and also to find space alone if we wanted to. The adults couldn't get enough of the beautiful view from the decks overlooking the water, and the kids had a blast swimming, kayaking and paddle boating. We didn't want to leave! Miles was great with communication and a fabulous host, going out of his way to accommodate us. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

Top notch!
My family and I had been vacationing at the same spot for the last 35 years but the place we used to go was sold so we were in search of a new vacation spot. Boy did we find it here! We immediately fell in love with the house and Panther Lake! So much so, that on our second morning we booked it again for next year! It was clean and comfortable and I can’t think of anything that we needed that wasn’t there already. Well stocked kitchen for cooking pretty much anything, comfortable beds, great view, relaxing hot tub and easy lake access for all ages! Can’t say enough about Miles - he was fantastic! Just got home and already can’t wait to go back!

Fun & Relaxing
We had a great week during our stay at Panther Lake! The location was beautiful and the kids had a fantastic time playing in the lake. We especially appreciated the use of the provided paddle boat, kayak, etc. as well as the motor boat and tube we rented for the day! Miles was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Girl's Weekend
One long weekend and 4 life-long gal pals was the perfect recipe for fun and relaxation. We were all impressed with the cleanliness, decor and condition of this house. The two decks are the perfect dreamy place to have morning coffee with a fantastic view of the lake or an evening chit-chat with a glass of wine and a beautiful sunset. The hot tub allowed us to melt away the stress of our busy lives and just enjoy great conversation and relax. The owner, Miles, is a great guy! Very friendly and helpful whenever we had questions or needed anything. We definitely want to rent this lake house again. Both together for more girl's weekends and separately for nice family getaways. This house is perfect for all scenarios.

Great little family getaway
The biggest thing that stands out about this house is how bright and open it is because of all of the windows and how clean it is. The home is much more updated than most cabins/lakehomes I've stayed in which made it that much more comfortable. My family greatly enjoyed ourselves. Miles, the host is super helpful and responsive, all of the instructions were super detailed that all of any questions I may have had were already answered. The bed in the primary bedroom is SO comfortable and the hot tub was a nice touch. I have no complaints at all about my stay, I would highly reccomend and will definitely be back!

We came to the Lake House during Spring Break. 3 adults and 3 kids, one of which was an infant. The house is set up very nicely for families. Very clean, lots of extras, great location. The older kids loved the indoor jacuzzi. Weather was typical WNY Spring weather so we had a couple good days then snow. Would love to come back during summer to enjoy the lake more! We often book through VRBO and this house was my 9 yo granddaughters favorite. Even topping the Disney house! (which I thought speaks volumes) It is close to a lot of different attractions including Destiny USA Mall which has a 3rd floor dedicated to indoor entertainment with such things as race car driving, Billy Beez, 5 Wits, and many others. In the other direction was a Wildlife Park which I recommend visiting if able. Really great! It is also driving distance to Sylvan Beach which looked like it would be just the most fun in Summertime. Also a hop skip and jump from Lake Oneida which is a very big lake. Though why you would choose that over Lake Panther I can't see a reason for. Miles was very easy to work with and was the easiest process for booking to date. No hoops to jump through as with some other VRBO rentals. Overall 5 stars for this house.

Wonderful!
Such a beautiful home in a lovely location! The house was clean, neat, and nicely decorated. It included everything that we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for two families of four. Best of all is the hot tub, which we could enjoy even if it was raining! The owners communicated promptly and answered all of our questions. We had a wonderful stay!

Best lake house ever!
This was truthfully one of the best properties I've ever stayed at and all my friends also agree! It is honestly even bigger than we thought the pictures didn't do it justice! The hot tub is an awesome addition as it is new for 2021! Perfect way to bring in the New Year! Also the kitchen is fabulous and has so much room for everything we brought! We had so much fun playing pong pong down in the basement as well! We can't wait to stay here again in the future!! Thank you so much for letting us use your amazing lake house!

Very nice o work with!
He house fit us perfectly! Miles was very nice and came over to check on something on the weekend. Lots of games and kids were happy! Hot tub was great because we didn’t have to go outside! Overall-a great spot!

Clean and relaxing
After a full day of Steelhead fishing it was great to return to the peaceful venue. They have everything you need to prepare great meals and it has a million dollar view of Panther lake.
