We also asked a technician to check the functions of the air conditioning. There are no error messages. We are happy about that.We think it's a shame that you rate us so poorly for the third time on the same issue. You have made your own decision to book with us at a certain price. We have published very attractive and real pictures so that your decision could have been made differently in the process. There are also other hotels available to you at a significantly reduced price in the wide area surrounding Bern.Our prices in the restaurant are very well in line with the average of all restaurants in this area and in Switzerland.
