The home's layout is designed for comfort and convenience:

Upstairs Level: You'll find the main living room, dining area, a full kitchen, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bathroom. Step out onto the open-air patio to soak in the incredible water views.

Downstairs Level: This level hosts two additional bedrooms, a second full bathroom, a cozy den, and a laundry area for your convenience.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire townhome, including all rooms, two patios, and the laundry area. Your arrival will be simple and seamless with a smart lock on the front door; you will receive a unique, private code for your stay. Guests are also welcome to use the private dock for boats. To ensure you receive your access code, please complete the rental agreement that will be emailed to you after booking.
