«My sister and I were very impressed with this condo. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. It has a lovely kitchen and a large living room area to spread out. Both beds were very comfortable as well. The check in process was easy and the host was very responsive. Staying in Fayetteville was great! There is plenty to do. If available, we will be staying here again the next time we visit family.»

«This property is well maintained and very clean. The only issue I had was a very strong bleach smell in the air which took two days to disappear airing out the place helps with a few windows open. This place was so peaceful and quiet with no traffic noise. I would come back again»

«Perfect spot to be in middle of all Dickson street has to offer. Close to U of A campus (within walking). We were there for moms weekend but would be perfect for game weekends too.»

«Pros: This location is so good for walking to downtown Bentonville. The property felt safe and was very clean and decorated well. The neighborhood was quiet at night even though it was right next to all the action in downtown. Highly recommend staying here. Cons: I don't love when a home has a coffee maker but doesn't provide coffee. I stopped on the way and grabbed some coffee pods just in case and I'm glad I did because there were only hot chocolate pods available. It's a simple fix that ...

«I came down to visit family around the area and do some work for my momma. The location is perfectly located within Fayetteville to be close enough to restaurants and other attractions, especially the university, and also very close to an easy out of town to the rural areas (where a lot of my fam lives). The Hayes family is phenomenal at communicating and responding. Definitely will be staying here again when I come back to visit.»
