✨ Dishes, silverware, wine glasses, stylish non-breakable dinnerware for the patio, serving dishes and barbecue utensils are provided

✨Keurig and traditional drip coffee maker, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, flavored syrups, and more

✨ Downstairs Bedroom: Queen bed, ceiling fan, TV, dresser and connected to the bathroom.

✨ Upstairs Front Bedroom: King bed, vaulted white plank ceiling, exposed wood beams, large windows, cozy bedding, and a cozy seating area to unwind.

✨ Loft Bedroom: Twin bunk bed located between the front and rear bedrooms and open to the stairs. This cozy bunk loft features two comfortable chairs, a TV, and children’s toys and books.

NOTE: This is an open sleeping area without it’s own door.

✨ Upstairs Rear Bedroom: Full bed, vaulted ceilings, TV and coffee bar.

NOTE: Access to the upstairs bathroom is through this bedroom.

✨ Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and bedside charging stations are provided.

✨ 2 bathrooms with stylish finishes and spa-inspired custom tile showers.

✨ Downstairs bathroom features a double sink, quartz countertops and tile shower. This bathroom is accessible through the kitchen and/or downstairs bedroom.

✨ Upstairs bathroom features a double sink, quartz countertops and large tile shower with dual shower heads and handheld sprayer.

This bathroom is accessible only through rear upstairs bedroom.

✨All bathrooms include hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and shower gel.

✨ Create memories outdoors on our custom brick paver patio, complete with firepit and Adirondack chairs.

✨ Fire up the gas grill and eat a delicious meal at our locally made picnic table with umbrella.

✨ Enjoy our large corner lot to play a game of cornhole in the grass.

✨ Beach chairs and toys available to enjoy at the beach a short walk away.

✨ Baby Equipment: To help ensure all equipment meets current safety standards, we do not keep baby gear at the property. We would be happy to connect you with a local vendor that rents a variety of items that are professionally cleaned and safety-inspected at a reasonable rate including delivery and pickup.



✨✨✨Note About Our Historic Cottage: Ashwood is a charming 152 year old cottage. Part of what makes it special is its historic layout. Please take a moment to review the floor plan including our listing photos before booking. As common with homes of this age storage space is limited and the bunk room is a pass-through loft space located between the upper two bedrooms. The upstairs bathroom is located through the rear bedroom. We hope you love this historical home as much as we do as well as the modern updates!



🤍 A Note on Peace & Quiet: Ashwood Cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood with full-time nearby neighbors. The city enforces a strict noise ordinance from 10 PM–8 AM. We kindly ask guests to respect our neighbors at all times and enjoy the calm, restorative setting this property offers.
