When we got there we could not get into the room. We were given keys and it was a keyless entry so I had to get on the phone to communicate to the front office. Then we had to drive back to the office to pick up key cards. And those did not work. All while standing outside in a snow storm. The other room we rented to friends did not work. They had to replace those locks so they were put into a different room away from all of us staying. We had 4 rooms total. The lady at the front desk was very apologetic about everything. I feel like we should have had some type of compensation. The ice machine was not operational, the hot tub was not hot. The panel for the water in the bathroom was on the floor when we walked in. There was also a humming in the room continuously all the time. My husband and I didn’t even sleep. We were just waiting to leave with our other company who drove. We would have left that night if we would have driven. Again no reflection on the lady in the office but I would not choose to go back.
