The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Bénodet, this charming duplex apartment with sea view, at 40 meters of the beach, with shared swimming pool, of a surface of 28 m ² and being able to accomodate until 3 travelers. Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 13 m², open fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom (with shower). We are waiting for you !

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 13 m² with a sofa bed, TV, Wifi included
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine

On the first floor :
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with bathtub and WC.

Outside :
- A shared swimming pool belonging to the residence, open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from April to the end of September (heated only from the end of May to mid-September)
- A balcony of 4m², view on the bay of Bénodet and the mouth of the Odet with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

Common area:
- Take advantage of the residence's swimming pool (shared, heated), open from April to October, and secured by a cover and a barrier. Opening dates subject to favorable weather conditions, not contractual.

The apartment is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. The exit of the residence is less than 50 m from the beach and you will be close to all the essential stores, restaurants, bars, market every Monday...

At the mouth of "the prettiest river in France", the bay and its large beach await you. You can enjoy active vacations or the gentle way of life of a seaside resort of the Breton Riviera, which has obtained the much coveted classification of "tourist resort".
17 km from Quimper, City of Art and History, the capital of King Gradlon, its narrow streets and half-timbered houses protected by 1500 m of walls. The neighboring towns, within a radius of 25 km, evoke a very rich economic and cultural history: Locronan, which has remained unchanged since the flourishing days of the Breton textile industry; Concarneau and its 15th century walled city, reinforced by Vauban; Pont-Aven, the city of painters where Gauguin stayed; Le Guilvinec, the first French fishing port.
Offshore, the Glénans archipelago, famous for its lagoon with turquoise waters.
At the end of the land ("Pen ar bed" in Breton), the Pointe du Raz, beaten by the west winds and the big swells of the sea.

- Nearest train station: Quimper located at 17 km (23 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Quimper Bretagne located at about 20 minutes by car.
- Bus : Bus stop to go to Quimper.

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the concierge. An additional fee may be charged.
