We propose you to rent, on the commune of Bénodet, famous seaside resort of Finistère, this charming renovated house of neo Breton style, offering you magnificent volumes, at less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 180 m ² and being able to accomodate until 8 travelers. It is composed of a beautiful living room of 50 m², an open equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 1,000 m² and a terrace to enjoy the sea air of Brittany with friends or family. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A bright living room of 50 m² with TV, sofas, armchairs and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A bathroom with shower and bathtub.
- Separate toilet.

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: one queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 4: two single beds.
- A bathroom with Italian shower, double sink and toilet.
- A shower room with shower and WC.

Outside :
- A beautiful closed garden of about 1 000 m².
- A terrace of about 30 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Thalasso or golf ? Swimming or cycling ? Restaurant or barbecue ? Discovery or relaxation? All possibilities are at your disposal. At the mouth of "the prettiest river in France", the bay and its large beach await you. You can enjoy active vacations or the gentle way of life of a seaside resort of the Breton Riviera, which has obtained the much coveted classification of "tourist resort".
17 km from Quimper, City of Art and History, the capital of King Gradlon, its narrow streets and half-timbered houses protected by 1500 m of walls. The neighboring towns, within a radius of 25 km, evoke a very rich economic and cultural history: Locronan, which has remained unchanged since the flourishing days of the Breton textile industry; Concarneau and its 15th century walled city, reinforced by Vauban; Pont-Aven, the city of painters where Gauguin stayed; Le Guilvinec, the first French fishing port.
Offshore, the Glénans archipelago, famous for its lagoon with turquoise waters.
At the very end of the land ("Pen ar bed" in Breton), the Pointe du Raz, beaten by the west winds and the big swells of the sea.
Several festivals take place in the surroundings (Fouesnant, Quimper, Douarnenez) and during the summer, concerts, brass bands, fest noz and open air street arts are organized in Bénodet.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (1 vehicle) or on the ramp (1 vehicle).
