The accommodation comprises
- A living room with television, two armchairs, a double sofa-bed (slatted base and comfortable mattress), and a sleeping area separated by hazelnut strips, with an 80x190 bunk bed (two single beds preferred for children / teenagers).
- A fully-equipped kitchen, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob and worktop with 4 bar chairs.
- Bathroom with shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail and WC.

The studio is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant setting overlooking wooded parkland and not overlooked. All shops, restaurants, cinema, casino and thalasso are just 30 m away, in a lively seaside resort all year round. Fishmongers in the harbor, grocery store in the center and weekly markets nearby. Grocery store, pharmacy, supermarket and fishmonger with live cooked langoustines in 1 min.

- Access to the apartment is via a 30-meter pedestrian walkway, not accessible by car.
- The train station is in Quimper.

- The apartment is accessible without steps. A waste disposal center is located next to the Pierre & Vacances residence.
- Electric shutters.
- Bed linen and towels not included.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
