This well presented home allows guests to have access to all Bendigo has to offer, all within walking or short driving distance. Beautifully furnished and fitted with comfortable furniture, 50" smart TV.

The space
The Property is fully fenced, Plenty of parking on the property, lockup double carport with large roller door, footpath to front patio, 4 steps with hand rail, open door with electronic key pad, enter into lounge room, Bedroom 1 & 2 on your left, walk straight into the kitchen, bedroom 3 on the left, move straight ahead to back door, bathroom and laundry on the left, walk outside into the entertainment area, with dinning table and BBQ, turn left to enter the back yard
Very close driving distance to town, Bendigo’s Prince of Wales Showgrounds, Queen Elizabeth Oval, Tom Flood Centre, Ulumbarra Theatre, Rosaland Park, Bendigo Art Gallery and many Cafes and Restaurants

Guest Room Access
You have private access with using a door code. Base price is for two people (1 room). Access will only be provided to rooms that are booked and paid for. Please choose the number of guests when checking availability/pricing.

If you need 3 room please select 5-7 guests.

1-2 guests - 1 room. 1 queen size bed
3-4 guests - 2 rooms. 1 queen size bed
5-6 guests - 3 rooms - 1 queen size bed

PLEASE NOTE : Bedroom access is determined by guest numbers. This allows smaller groups to enjoy our homes without needing to pay for unused space. You will have the home to yourself and unneeded bedrooms will be locked.

If you have booked to the Guest that are coming and not checked the Bedroom access information, I can change the reservation guests and there will be a fee from Stayz and I will come and open up the bedrooms for you.
Please understand the extra costs of extra cleaning of rooms for the cleaners with extra washing of linen, bedsheets, donna covers, pillow cases towels and face washers and replacement of shampoo, conditioner bodywashes and soaps.

There is a office marked staff only opposite the bathroom and there is a locked outdoor laundry for the cleaners to wash and clean after guests.
A part from that you have the whole property and house you have to yourselves.
