The open-plan living area is bright and welcoming, anchored by a relaxed lounge with comfortable seating and a spot to put your feet up in front of the TV. Tucked to one side, an office space allows you to work away from the office or your home with ease.



The kitchen is well-equipped with a full-size fridge and quality appliances, making it easy to cook up a meal or simply grab a pod coffee before heading out. A split-system air-conditioner is also available in the kitchen, providing year-round comfort to the whole apartment. The adjoining dining space flows straight through to a balcony, a lovely spot for breakfast in the morning sun or a quiet drink as the day winds down.



Both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and have access to a bathroom with a vanity and shower. Whether you're here for a weekend away or a longer stay, this offers an easy, comfortable base to explore Kangaroo Flat and Bendigo.



PortaCot Available:

We have a PortaCot available for guests to use, that is stored offsite. If you would like to use it, there is a $50 fee.

- Guests must request the PortaCot at least 48 hours before their arrrival.

- Linen is not provided for the PortaCot; guests will need to bring their own. All other linen is supplied for the property.

- If the PortaCot has been reserved by another guest, it may be unavailable for your stay

Guest Access:

You will have full access to the entire property during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Located on High St in Kangaroo Flat, this unit is close to Lansell Plaza and Bendigo Homemakers Centre, nearby food restaurants (KFC, McDonalds, Bendigo Kebab Run, Thai, Fish & Chips), IGA/Aldi/Coles/Woolworths, Kangaroo Flat Train Station, Gurri Wanyarra Wellbeing Centre and walking tracks making it an ideal place to stay.



Getting Around:

Kangaroo Flat is only a few minutes' drive from central Bendigo, with cafes, restaurants and attractions all close by. Kangaroo Flat railway station offers direct rail connections into Bendigo and onward to Melbourne, and taxis and rideshare services operate throughout the area.
