«Beautiful house! The rooms were very clean and the location was great. There is no staff on site but it was relatively easy to contact people. The walls are very thin and you will hear every single thing happening around you. I love pet friendly places but there was a dog left in the room that cried for hours and when I tried contacting management about it no one ever replied. Parking is easy and overall it was a good experience. »

«Because the Morgan has a poor interface with Expedia, I never received the texts they promised after I booked the room. Eventually, I was able to gain entry to the hotel with the help of a staff member who gave me a key to my room, which was up two very steep flights of steps. «We were not taken care of vis-a-vis check-in. We had to track down the maid to get some answers. We had to get a key from a neighboring restaurant. We tried to call the front desk, we tried to text and ask for the key code to get into our room and nobody ever responded not even after we checked out. Thank God for the maid Susan. The room was shabby: carpet stained, old sink in bathroom weird old shower head. No office to get ice. Still no contact from office. Very unprofessional.»
