Situated at the north end of Sunriver, this stunning 4BR/4BA retreat is the ultimate winter getaway nestled in the trees. Highlights of your home include two fireplaces, a private hot tub, and an expansive wraparound deck.

Hop on the provided bikes for a scenic spin -- you’re just 10 minutes from the Deschutes River. Enjoy area high desert hiking trails and entry to Sunriver’s all-season Recreation & Aquatic Center. For some of the best skiing in the area, Mount Bachelor is about a half hour drive away.

LIVING AREAS

Make yourself at home in the inviting living room. Gather around the gas fireplace and the 42” flat-screen TV, equipped with a DVD player.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up hearty recipes in the well-appointed kitchen, detailed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

When it is time to eat, share meals at the dining table for six or at the breakfast nook for six.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This single-story home sleeps up to 14 guests between four bedrooms and the family room. All bedrooms have deck access.

Sleep soundly in the master suite, furnished with a king bed and a 32” smart TV. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The second master suite is outfitted with a king bed and a smart TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

The third bedroom features a queen bed and a smart TV, while two guest bathrooms each include a walk-in shower. A spacious fourth bedroom boasts a gas fireplace, 42” smart TV, as well as a full-size sleeper sofa and two twin-over-full bunk beds (one of which also has a full-size trundle).

OUTDOOR AREAS

Spend leisurely afternoons on your sprawling wraparound deck. Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco at one of the three tables. When evening falls, unwind in the extra large hot tub.

Your reservation includes 10 complimentary passes to the Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center (SHARC). SHARC amenities include a café, year-round indoor pool and hot tub, a seasonal outdoor aquatic park with a lazy river, water slides, and kiddie pool.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

This pet-friendly home offers complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Parking is available for four vehicles in the driveway.

Extras include a ping-pong table, an extra fridge, a ski rack (holds up to eight skis), a boot warmer, and an array of bikes in the garage.

This single-level home is accessed via a flight of exterior stairs.

Your rental’s fantastic location is just a 10-minute bike ride to the Deschutes River and 3 miles from the SHARC. The Village at Sunriver boasts boutique shopping and delicious restaurants.

Take a 5-minute drive to Fort Rock Park, a national natural landmark. Schedule a guided tour to learn about the area’s rich Native American culture.

This is our second Thanksgiving at this house! Perfect in every way, we had trouble starting the fireplace and Vincent the property manager came out in 20 minutes to show us how to work it. We give the house a perfect 10!

The house was a great latout and plenty of space for everyone.

We loved the 2 dining area spaces and extra space for kids to have their own tv and game consoles in the back bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and having the hot tub was a hit for both kids and adults. We enjoyed ping pong in the garage and the game closet was full of games to access as well.

Could be a little cleaner but overall we enjoyed our stay

There were multiple piles of dog poop in the driveway and on the deck that many people stepped in. We had to clean it when we didn’t even have a dog with us. There was a half dollar size drop of blood on a sham of the bed in the master suite that was clearly not washed. The layout of the house was very ideal for anyone with kids. Having two master suites was also nice and having 4 bathrooms with such a large family. May board games and activities for the kids was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay but wish it was a bit cleaner.

Great for a family get together

Nice, big house- one story, with four bedrooms and four baths- two large tables- kitchen and dining room which was really nice, and a large, comfortable living room. Lots of bikes and in working order! Ping pong table, which was nice. The house needs some TLC tho- not all screen doors worked, (and the mosquitos were surprisingly bad this year), the back bedroom which is perfect for kids has multiple skylights that have no shades and putting young children to bed when it’s still light outside was impossible in that room. (And they were up at first light). After a round of musical bedrooms, we finally settled in. Lots of games, etc and close to the market which was a real plus. It was clean when we arrived (ahead of schedule) and we would stay there again.

Great location!

In addition to a great location, the house had a great layout with plenty of room. The outside deck was spacious with lots of deck chairs and tables to enjoy BBQs and just relax! The back bunk room also served as a family room to enjoy evening entertainment re games and TV. The house is close to the North Store and Woodlands Golf course. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay and hope to return next year!

Good house for group and dogs, bad AC

This house was well stocked and great for a couple families with dogs. A few complaints: the AC was insufficient, the house couldn’t get below 80 in the warmest part of the day. It was also annoying that we were denied refills on essentials: toilet paper, paper towels, etc, when we ran out on Day 3 of our 7 day stay.

Family getaway

This property was amazing and very clean. It was perfect for our 2 families and dogs! The deck size was huge and had plenty of room to lay in the sun and enjoy the kids playing. The beds were very comfortable also. I would highly recommend this house to any family!

Fabulous House For a Large Family...

We as a large family came together from Oregon, Washington and Idaho to celebrate Thanksgiving. This house was perfect for us! When we first pulled up we thought it was the wrong house because it looks so huge on the outside. The layout is great with plenty of room and the gigantic kid/ bunk bed room was a bonus. We loved the hot tub and the kitchen is well stocked with various items you may need. The layout of the kitchen is really nice and we were able to get multiple people cooking together in there. We loved it so much we went online to reserve it for next year but it is already taken. We are so bummed!! Thank you for sharing this wonderful house with my family.

Wonderfully stocked house!

The kitchen was well stocked. Nice house with lots of space. The only negative is that the master bedroom had a cigarette smoke smell to it and the bath stopper didn’t work. Other than that we had a wonderful stay!

Christmas in July

The house was the perfect size for our group of 8. We enjoyed using the available SHARC passes and the access to the bike path is right outside the front door. The house could use a thorough cleaning and maintenance inside and out. We found garbage under furniture and outside around the perimeter of the house. Many things are broken or well used and should be replaced.

Great place for multiple families!

Overall, a great experience here. Stayed for a family reunion and the place comfortably housed multiple families. Lots of room for kids to play! Every family had their own bathroom which was nice. Great location and next to all the bike paths. Two things that would help make it even better would be some repairs to the wood deck. There was a loose/rotten board by the hot tub that presented a safety issue. Also, one of the living room chairs needs to be repaired as it has no support. Overall- great sunriver house !

A perfect rental for a family reunion

Extra refrigerator in garage, ping pong table, all the extras in the kitchen, bunk room for the older kids with TV, Vedic games was a big hit, love the large deck for evening family dinners. Only concern was the rental was advertised sleep 14 but really could sleep 8 to 12. But rental was excellent and we would rent the house again in the future.

Family Getaway

Overall, the property was very adequate. We loved the deck and the hot tub, and the location was pretty convenient (not too many round-a-bouts). The kitchen and dining areas (2) were also comfortable for the 11 of us. Even though we spent a lot of time on the deck, a word of caution . . . it's falling apart. Screws are coming up, boards are loose and the railing is not steady (kinda like my deck at home). For some reason, the garbage had not been picked up in several days, but luckily we arrived on a Monday and it was all gone on Tuesday. Maybe someone forgot to unlock the back door. Ending on a positive note, the house is very comfortable and quiet. One of our younger family members screamed a bit before getting to sleep and we could not hear him from his bedroom. I would rent the house again, but I hope the deck gets fixed.

Sunriver vacation

This house was perfect for 2 families. Comfy beds, updated, sharc passes and more. Upon arrival it looked clean, however after getting settled it was clear that only the very basics were done and many areas needed attention. The neighborhood was restful and quiet. Bike rides to the sharc or Ft Rock park are not that far, but if you have little riders there are some gradual inclines and more difficult hills.

Great place to stay in Sunriver!

This was our first time in Sunriver and loved staying in this house. It's in a great location in the resort and we spent many hours on the huge deck enjoying the great weather and grilling every night of our stay. We'll be back!

Family reunion 2021

Overall we had an Amazing time, there were a couple of snafus, but nothing that wasn’t manageable . I would recommend more toilet paper and soaps be provided as well as more living room seating for a home that accommodates so many. There was also an unexpected HOA maintain e that was disruptive, but the property management was very responsive .

Worst property Managment and condition of a home

When we arrived at the home, we noticed that the door handle was removed and their was no way to have access into the property. We sat on hold and waited for the property Managment team to help let us in. Finally someone came to fix the door after about 30 minutes. When we finally started to get settled, it didn’t take long to notice how dirty the home was. There was coffee still in the coffee pot from the previous guests! When I swept, the entire dust pan was filled with dog hair. There was a dirty dog toy left behind and dog poop on the deck near the hot tub. We also discovered a used bandaid by our bed. I swear the housekeepers must of just washed the sheets and replaced the towels (hopefully). The amount of dog hair and random things laying around was very obvious. The worst part of our trip was dealing with Turn Key. They asked me through text a survey when I arrived asking how clean the house was. I replied poor, and from then on they communicated via text. They apologized and asked to see pictures of the issues. They offered to have someone come out to re clean the house but we were in the middle of lunch and didn’t have anywhere to go for a couple of hours with COVID closing all options. Every text promised to have someone call me but everyday nothing. When we checked out we realized we left my sons new stuff animal on the couch. We were already an hour into our drive. When I called they said someone would follow up with me right away. No one called of course. I called the next day and they said someone was going to look for it now (after house cleaning left). Still no follow up call. I called at the end of the day. What a surprise, the toy was gone. We stay in vacation homes 4-6 times a year. This was the worst experience yet. Property Managment team is not local and offered for cheap through VRBO. You will just be dealing with a call center type relationship that forwards messages to different departments and no one truly cares. 5 days after my initial complaint and I’m still waiting for my cleaning fee returned. They are having another department review my cases and pictures to see if my complaints are valid. The family with the dog before us had to pay an extra cleaning fee for the animal, and that was suppose to buy them an extra thorough cleaning. So looks like their money and my money was a waste! I would think that with COVID cleaning measures would be taken more seriously.
