Welcome to your perfect Sunriver getaway

Situated among towering pines, there is updated mountain furnishings in this 1515 sq ft home on a large private lot with lots of common space. This quality constructed home is centrally located in Sunriver. Just a short walk or ride on the bike path will take you to Fort Rock Park with all its activities and Tennis Courts. Or head in the other direction to the Deschutes River (just a 10 minute walk), which has river access for playing in the water.

This reverse living floor plan features a great room with vaulted ceilings with lots of natural light. On the main floor (upstairs) you have a great room where the living room, dining area, and kitchen are all open. All the windows overlook common space on 3 sides of the home. There is a wood stove (wood provided) for those cold winter evenings or turn on the air conditioning for those hot summer afternoons. There are four TVs with Netflix, a Blu-Ray/DVD, and a movie collection along with board games. We also have a bluetooth Stereo/CD. This home comes with ultra fast 300MB high-speed wireless internet with mesh wifi that provides a strong signal throughout the house. The large wrap around deck will keep you in the sun or shade the entire day. There is a Weber gas barbecue, umbrella table and plenty of seating along with the hot tub on the deck.

The dining area has plenty of seating with 3 more at the island. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal.

The master bedroom has a king size log bed with a pillow top along with a TV & Netflix subscription.

The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms along with the 2nd bathroom is located on the lower level. Bedroom #2 has a log queen size bed with a pillow top and includes a TV & Netflix subscription. Bedroom 3 is just down the hall after the second bathroom where there is another queen size bed and a twin bunk set. Bedroom 3 has a TV with Netflix, Blu-ray/DVD, Nintendo Wii and Xbox 360 in this room.

The laundry area is just off the lower level hallway where there is a full size washer and dryer. There is access to the 2-car garage where you will find a ping pong table and lots of bikes. We also have a 'Horse-Shoe-Pit' if you want try your hand at horseshoes. There is a vast area of bike trails in Sunriver just waiting for you to explore.

Sunriver is the perfect destination in any season and our home on Rogue Lane is the perfect getaway.

The home was great. We had 3 young children, ages 1, 2, & 4 & they did fine. The kitchen was stocked well. Appreciated all the additional toys/games/options in the garage. All the stairs were a bit of a hassle with the kids. The downstairs bathroom had a couple of issues: the door didn't seem to latch & the toilet seat lid was not attached. There was no way to attach it or we would have done it. We also had a scary incident starting about 10:30 PM Friday night, when someone else's very large black dog approached our front door & could see me in the kitchen doing dishes. The dog was barking very aggressively at me & stood up against the front door clawing to get in. I was afraid he was going to break the glass. Everyone else was in bed & this woke them all up. We ended up turning off all the lights & calling the police. An officer responded & the dog turned on her & was barking at her as we all watched from the balcony. Then someone else yelled & the dog turned & ran the other direction. The officer followed it & issued a warning to the owner. The dog apparently got out of their car as they were unloading their luggage on one of the streets behind your house. Maybe if there was some way to have blinds or curtains available for the front door; that would allow for more privacy. We were probably the only house with lights still on & that dog was likley scared & disoriented.

The interior of the property was in fantastic condition and was clean and tidy. Everything that we needed was supplied in the kitchen and throughout the home. The only reason why I didn’t give this place five stars is because it looked like there had been some work done on the deck in the recent past, and all the lumber was simply discarded off to the side of the deck within view interfering with the view of the forest. Furthermore, there was a large dead pine tree just off the back deck that looked like it was being propped up by some sticks. Again, when you’re in the forest, you would like to have a clean view. Finally, the railing on the deck is extremely wobbly and could not support my weight as I am a 6 foot 2 man that weighs 215 pounds. If I were to lean on it I have no doubt that it would’ve given away under the weight of my body. I would recommend staying in this home, I would just hope that the owners would repair these issues to make it safe for future guests.

Perfect Family Get Away

This home was perfect for our family get together. We were very pleased that the home was just as described and enjoyed all of the amenities, including the barbecue (which was clean and even had a spare propane tank!), bikes and hot tub. Communication with the owner was great as well. Would love to stay again.

Sun River spring break getaway

Wonderful home and great vacation! We loved the layout of the house with lots of light, open kitchen to the living area and wrap around deck that felt private.. Nice being up in the trees. House was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed riding into the village for breakfast (about a 15 min bike ride). Location worked great for us. Hope to be back again!

Great place for family and friends, highly recommended

We had a fantastic time during our stay! The house was wonderful—clean, modern, and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. The hot tub and wood stove added to the charm. I'm proud to say I can still beat my 11 and 12-year-old kids at ping pong, though they consistently outplay me at Uno. We would definitely choose this house again.

Sunriver Rogue stay

We had a wonderful time at the rogue 11 home. It was a very good location for us, we used to stay at the other end of Sun River, and it was nice to explore the north side, including biking to the falls. There were enough bikes for all of us. And we enjoyed the hot tub after day skiing. The house was clean and comfortable. with all necessary, kitchen appliances and tools. There is one thing I do recommend, is to clean the hot tub thoroughly. It started looking a little green. Need some scale remover. And maybe some new mattresses. Otherwise everything was perfect. Thank you so much for this wonderful home.

Perfect house for family stay

This home is a 10/10 for a spring break getaway. Love the layout-great room and master suite upstairs, kid’s room & bathroom downstairs great for privacy. The kitchen is well-equipped and was a joy to cook in, the beds are comfortable, and living room cozy to watch movies and wind down at night. I’d stay here again when visiting Sunriver.

Perfect Stay for Our Mt. Bachelor Trip!

We had an amazing stay at this Sunriver rental during our trip to Mt. Bachelor for the collegiate national snowboarding competition. Our son and his girlfriend were competing, and we stayed here with her parents and our dog. The home was even more beautiful than the pictures—spacious, well-appointed, and in a lovely neighborhood.The thoughtful signage throughout the house made it easy to navigate all the amenities, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail. We only wish we had more time to enjoy the fantastic accommodations, like the large deck, ample seating, and relaxing hot tub.This rental was perfect for winter, and we’d love to come back in the summer as well. Highly recommend!

Comfortable, clean, well-equipped

This house is in a great area just minutes from The Village for restaurants and shopping. House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need to cook for a family and bathrooms are well-stocked with towels and toilet paper (even had travel toiletries available). There are an assortment of bikes, helmets, and snow sleds which was such a nice addition for our two families. There were even dog bowls for a pup! Kids really enjoyed using the indoor pool at the SHARC. There was no need to contact the owners during our stay but the check in and check out communication was excellent. They sent email reminders and information was posted throughout the house. Overall, this was a great place to stay. Thank you!
