Welcome to the Coyote Cabin! Come enjoy the luxury of modern upgrades, with all the coziness of a mountain cabin. Truly one of the best 3BR houses in all of Sunriver, we made sure it’s equipped with all the amenities you need to feel at home.

Comes with 8 SHARC passes, a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of towels + linens.

Stargaze in the hot tub, BBQ on the patio, read a book by the fire, hit the SHARC or take a 3 min bike ride to the village… it’s the perfect getaway for family + friends!
The space
New listing and newly renovated! Located on a private loop about a 5 minute walk to the village, this home is the perfect mix of peaceful retreat and fun vacation.

Bedrooms:
Bedrooms have nightstands, lamps, power cords for charging, plug-in fans, air purifiers, extra pillows, luggage racks, shoe racks, laundry baskets, large closets with hangers, wall mounted 60” smart TVs, empty dressers for your clothes and extra blankets.

Bedroom 1 - Primary bedroom with King log frame bed. This bedroom has an attached full private bathroom with walk-in shower and bench seat. This room also has private sliding glass door with direct access to back patio and hot tub.

Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with log bed frame. This bedroom shares the large bathroom with the third room.

Bedroom 3 - This room is versatile. It has a Queen size brand new wall mounted murphy bed that can be easily taken down or put up for extra space. There is a live edge wooden desk and office chair for those working from home. There is also a foldable crib in the closet to turn this into the baby room if needed.

Kitchen - Fully equipped! Large fridge, oven/stove, built-in microwave, dishwasher, bar top with 4 large barstools, pantry cabinet, coffee maker, kettle, assortment of coffee and tea, toaster, blender, slow cooker, plenty of pots/pans/cups/dishes/wine glasses/spices/olive oil/salt+pepper. Lots of other kitchen gadgets as well.

Dining Area - Wagon wheel dining table with glass top and 4 large chairs under an elk horn chandelier.

Living Area - Large sectional couch, wagon wheel coffee table, side tables for back and side of couch, gas fireplace with glass doors, 65” wall mounted smart TV, reading chair and tons of games/books.

Office Area - Separate from the desk in bedroom 3, we have an electric standing adjustable desk with office chair, lamp and external monitor. Please note, the monitor has a hdmi cord hookup only so you’ll need to bring your own cables if you need something different.

Garage Area - Fully renovated with new flooring and converted into a home gym and game room. There is an elliptical, an exercise bike, a weight bench with a few small hand weights, 4 adult bikes, 55” wall mounted smart tv, basketballs, football, tennis balls, disc golf discs, kanjam, indoor mini hoop, putterball golf game, mini fridge/freezer, jump rope, exercise ball and elastic bands. For the summer months we have river tubes and kayaks for use as well.

Front Porch - Brand new rocking chairs with cushions and covers and a live edge side table.

Back Patio - Hot Tub (maintained between each guest), Weber Grill, full wicker patio set with cushions including a couch, 2 chairs and 2 footstools, metal outdoor dining table with 4 chairs and cushions, umbrella and sun loungers. The shed also has more games and a gas powered snow blower for guests that stay long periods in the winter if needed.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to entire property including private front+back decks, hot tub, outdoor dining area, BBQ and garage gym/game room. There are 2 private parking spaces in the driveway and bikes in the garage.
Other things to note
Coyote Lane is very private because the backside of the loop, where the house is located, has no other homes or loops behind it since it is on the outside edge of the Sunriver property. There is a train that runs north and south through Sunriver on the East edge of the resort, so you will hear train noise a couple times a day for about a minute each time. This is pretty standard in Sunriver and the train does not honk their horn ever.
