Luxurious Estate among the Pines w/ Hot Tub, EV Charger & so much MORE!

Deschutes Forest Lodge - A beautiful Estate in the Woods - but still close to downtown Bend!

Entering the grounds, the house is set far back from the road. There is a 2 car garage, with an EV Charger, and plenty of off street parking in the driveway. Entering the house you will find a large open main level, the great room features a glass garage door that opens up for indoor outdoor living, and in winter provides a wonderful view, as well as letting in lots of natural light. There is also a half bath off the Great Room. The gourmet kitchen is stocked with all manner of pots, pans, baking pans, cutting boards, etc... There is a pantry with an extra refrigerator, and also holds extra pots and pans and serving items, as well as a plethora of small kitchen appliances. Additionally there is a large refrigerator and a large freezer, as well as a Viking Range with 6 burners. Plenty of seating - in the Great Room, and in the kitchen at the island or the large Dining Table. There is also a designated office work space, with a printer and a desktop for guests use. The Main Suite is also on this level, for those who may not want to do stairs. This area features a King Bedroom with a desk area, a large walk in closet and a large master bath, with a tub and walk in shower and two vanities (the walk in shower has a bench seat as well). Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, 2 Kings size, 1 Queen and a Bunk room. Each set of rooms shares a bath and shower combo. Each room has it's own mini walk in closet. Down the hall you will find a large game room, with Ping Pong and Foosball, a game table and a TV, and a half bath. This room also has a bar area, with a mini fridge. Also upstairs is a Laundry Room with a Washer and Dryer. There is a large patio area with a fire pit and a hot tub, along with a BBQ, and many yard games and lots of seating, when weather permits. There is a large outdoor dining table under a covered porch area, and a large grassy area for the games.

Weddings and large events are not allowed at this home - the home is in a quiet community - so if you are looking for a party pad - this is probably not the house for you.

A really incredibly house built into the woods just outside Bend. The grounds are immaculate, and they have every imaginable toy (ping pong, corn hole, footballs, basketballs, etc) to make the stay great. And the master bathroom is amazing. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Second visit

This was our second stay here. We had all ages (8 months to 70 years), it is an amazing setting and home for large families. The kids had endless amounts of fun and exploring on the large property. The home is very large and comfortable. The property manager is extremely responsive. The location is great for easy access to town amenities, but feels very private and remote. You won’t regret it!

Beautiful place for a group

Loved everything about this place - large, beautiful, fun, well stocked, and sorta funky (see that catwalk between the upstairs bedrooms?) It's in a great location, and communication with the host was seamless. The house added to an already-awesome ski weekend. Super recommend.

A stunning property in a secluded neighborhood that has convenient access to Bend and Mt Bachelor. Large open living, kitchen, and dining area that handles a large family/ group gathering exceedingly well. Highly recommended this property for a stay in beautiful Bend Oregon!

Beautiful Home for our Summer Vacation in Bend

This home is beyond gorgeous! Our group of 12, enjoyed staying here very much during our recent vacation to Bend. There was plenty of room and activities to keep both adults and teens happy. The beds were comfortable, and the whole house was very clean. We loved cooking our meals in the large, well stocked kitchen (minus oven which host told me was broken right before our stay, slight bummer) However, the extra fridge/freezer really came in handy! The outside of the home is just as nice. Both front and backyards are spacious, peaceful, and perfectly manicured. We loved hanging outside in the evenings, playing corn hole and other games. Due to the heat wave that was happening the week we were there, we didn't utilize the fire pit or hot tub, unfortunately. A pool would have been perfect, lol! Thankfully, the Deschutes river and a few lakes are close by. As is, downtown Bend, shopping, restaurants, and most activities you want to do. We highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

What an amazing property. The pictures did not do this property justice... It was better than expected! Everything was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Great place

Perfect home with lots of space and room for activities away from the city and neighbors not too close. You get what you pay for. Very clean and organized and depending on your party a house you don’t need to leave! Great kitchen for cooking and added pantry and fridge for storage. 10/10 with very comfortable relaxed vibes. It won’t disappoint.

Winter family reunion

The house has an outstanding architectural design and superb execution of interior design. Massive kitchen refrigerator and second fridge in the pantry. Pro level stove and oven. Plenty of pots, pans and utensils. Great living room to converse and the table was big enough for all of the adults to sit together for meals. Heated floor in the master bathroom was amazing. Garage door in the living room was an awesome idea. Individual hvac units made temperature Individualization possible. The little things also made a difference like having sleds and games available, gave us a variety of activities to engage in. The outdoor fire pit and hot tube are also nice amenities. The guest book and numerous instruction cards were also quite helpful. We have a few suggestions to make improvements for the future but by no means diminish our rating of this stay. Updating the matrices is one that we all thought would be appreciated by all. The masterbath shower drained very slow so maybe some attention there. Additional towels in the master bath as well. The stove also kicked out the breaker so not sure what's going on there but might check on that and one of the burners, second from the right in the back, had an igniter that would continue to click even after having had been lit for some time. Again, we enjoyed our stay immensely. The house had many amazing features and we hope to rebook for the summer. Thank you.

Family time for the holiday

We had a wonderful time staying over the Christmas holiday. The home is large and spacious. We enjoyed football on the large TV, a few dips in the hot tub, ruthless games of foosball and Ping-Pong, not to mention a puzzle or two. The home is on a quiet road but minutes from everything. There is even a quiet little walking trail close by. We even borrowed a couple of the house bikes for a cruise down the road. Fabulous time was had by all!

Exceptional Home and Communication

It was our Family Reunion 2023 and everyone from 10 months to 68 years were very comfortable here. The house is absolutely gorgeous. Jarrid took great strides toward making our stay perfect. There were lots of fun yard games and we enjoyed wine and s’mores around the fire pit. Inside we had game tables and board games to help entertain us. The kitchen is a cook’s dream. Baby gates and high chair came in very handy. Beds and linens were cozy after days of hiking, brewery hopping, shopping and family fun. This property is a treat.
