When you have had your fill of river activities, hiking, biking, or checking out downtown Bend, the backyard is outfitted with a firepit and plenty of seating for summer cookouts and cocktails. Plus, the private hot tub will be calling your name for a long soak under the pinks and oranges of summer sunsets.

Inside, this escape offers plenty of room to spread out, high-end furnishings, and all of the modern comforts you could need during your stay. The single-level layout will allow everyone to easily access each space of the home featuring hardwood floors, central AC, a gas fireplace, and ample natural light. When it comes to entertaining the whole gang, the living area is outfitted with a large smart TV and sound bar for classic movie nights in front of the fireplace. When everyone works up an appetite, step into the full kitchen and whip up your favorite culinary creations using the modern appliances, high-end coffee maker, dishwasher, and cookware provided. Extra perks include fast WiFi, two kayaks, a private washer and dryer, multiple bikes, and a Pack-N-Play for the little ones.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
