When you’re ready to venture out into the city, you’re in the perfect location to do so, within just 9 minutes of downtown Bend and 5 minutes of the Old Mill District, featuring plentiful options for shopping and dining along the river. The Mount Bachelor Ski Resort is a short 30-minute drive away, the largest ski resort in Oregon and a sought-after destination for snow enthusiasts from all over. The Wanoga Sno Park is 20 minutes from the home, offering miles of ski, snowshoe, and trails. This area doesn’t just come alive in the winter months, however. Widgi Creek Golf Course is 15 minutes away offering challenging fairways for all skill levels surrounded by vibrant scenery.

Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV, private patio, and ensuite bathroom with an oversized single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Garage parking for 1 vehicle with 2 additional spaces in the driveway.

• Please note that AWD or 4WD is required during winter months.

• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 dogs, 60 lbs. or less allowed. An additional daily pet fee of $35 per pet, per night will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking prior to arrival to avoid fines. Please pick up after your pets. Pets are not allowed on the furniture.

You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from using the provided bikes, riding bikes and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that bikes may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person if a person has health risks, or if a person bikes while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from using the bikes. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.



HOUSE RULES:

• Guests must agree to the Bicycle Liability Waiver in the Description.

• No smoking/vaping allowed.

• No parties allowed; no fireworks allowed.
