«As dependências do hotel eram ótimas, desde a recepção aos quartos. É válido ressaltar a limpeza e cuidado com os banheiros, sempre impecáveis. Um ponto fraco, em minha experiência, foi quanto aos funcionários, alguns deles não foram os mais simpáticos, porém relevamos. O SPA, com certeza, é um diferencial, muito interessante e super bem equipado. O restaurante também é ótimo, com boas opções...»

«It is a 1000 year old building, the host treated us wonderfully and we had a great chat in the bar. Much different than all the corporate owned hotels we stayed earlier in the week. There is a thermo springs a few blocks away.»

«Palace Hotel & Spa Termas de S. Tiago is well worth a visit, the hotel is spacious, clean, comfortable and well run. The breakfast is self service with everything laid on for you and is of a high quality. The spa facilities are good, the pool has powerful jets that massage well and the staff are welcoming.
