Very pretty bright house with beautiful volumes with large garden (even in case of Breton weather you will have the feeling of breathing!);
The village with all amenities is 10mins walk, the small beach of St Cado, its superb walks, its small charming restaurant and its typical bar are 5/10mins walk.
The ocean beaches are 10mins towards erdeven or plouhinec.
Ideal with family or friends. Quiet.
The house is on half level which offers high ceilings in the kitchen and dining room / living room which also benefits from a very large bay window facing south. We love the decoration and the house has a Californian style of the 60s super cozy with its large stone fireplace and the wood of the living room.
The environment is super quiet and the bedrooms overlook the large garden and one on a south-facing balcony.
The house can accommodate:
- up to 5 adults
- 4 adults and a baby + 2/3 children
There are two gardens, one of which is very large, ideal for children, young and old, ;).
The house is ideal for a family with children or we can leave cot, changing table, high chair, games/books, young children, but also be dispossessed of this if it only accommodates adults.
