This two-story property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms (one with a crib), a bungalow with bunk beds, a caravan for 4 more guests, and 2 bathrooms, one with 2 showers. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, air conditioning, and a dishwasher and washing machine.



Enjoy the garden and private saltwater pool on weekdays, terrace, balcony, barbecue, outdoor shower, and a ping-pong table. On weekends and holidays, the garden and pool may be shared. The standard booking accommodates up to 8 guests on the first floor, with 3 double beds, 1 single bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. With an extra double room, up to 10 guests can stay. For larger groups, up to 12 people, the bungalow with bunk beds is available.



The downstairs lounge and outdoor areas can be rented for events, birthdays, and family gatherings. Professional catering is available upon request.



The property is fenced and set in a peaceful location, close to attractions like Serra da Estrela, Belmonte, Torre Centum Celas, the historic villages of Sortelha and Monsanto, and the Zezêre River. Free parking is provided. Families with children are welcome. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Bicycles, a quad, and a small motorbike can be rented on request and are available for an extra fee.
