«It was quiet and clean, breakfast was what you would expect from a hotel. Staff was helpful. The only weird part we had was they cleaned our room between our first night and second night and never gave us new towels. Sadly we didn’t notice until the morning when we went to shower and didn’t have time to call down and wait.»

«The elevator did not work the entire time we were there (5 days). After speaking with the elevator repairman, he said that the building was struck by lighting 2 years ago and the elevator has been off and on ever since. They don’t tell the guests that prior to checking in which is absurd. My mother in law could not go up the stairs so we had to switch to a first floor. «When we travel to Florida this property is our first overnight stay. We travel with our Golden Retriever, room is always clean beds are comfortable and the staff is always friendly. «Due to the delay of an AA flight, we did not connect to the flight from CLT. To JAN. Had to find a hotel for one night at the last minutes. Sheraton airport hotel seems to be the right choice. However the pool was closed in the morning. Although the bed is comfortable but the room is dark, furniture’s are outdated. Overall needs renovations.»

«We had to switch rooms because our air conditioner was broken and the cover was just sitting on the floor. Room was not very clean, especially the bathroom. There was not enough bath towels for two people and only 3 pillows in the queen size bed. Breakfast not very appetizing, coffee was on the cold side. Some staff were friendly but most very not so much. Overall very disappointed and would not stay there again.»
