«Easy access to the lake. 15 minute walk to a much bigger "beach" area. Full kitchen well stocked with necessities. Keurig for fresh coffee was a bonus. Didn't use the hot ton because it was raining. Fire pit was a hit. Plenty of backyard space for the dog, not fenced in. Great stay with easy to use A/C and heating unit.»

«We had a wonderful stay at Grandma’s with our two little boys and dog. It was clean, cozy and a perfect location for our weekend ice fishing trip! We enjoyed walking the rail trail, watching ducks by the dock, passing snowmobiles, and playing puzzles/games. Highly recommend for a family getaway. We would definitely stay again.»

«Host was responsive and the property was just close enough to enjoy laconia without a huge price premium. Its a simple cabin, but it did what we needed it to do. Gravel parking lot is not the best for motorcycles if i had to leave constructive feedback. Would rent again.»

«Home was the perfect location to ski and ice fish and warm and wonderful to come back to after a day in the cold. We loved the fireplace, and the kitchen amenities were well stocked. House was clean and perfect for the 6 of us - including 2 children. Host was communicative and helpful upon arrival.»
