This custom-designed, two-story oceanfront home at Sandy Point Shores was thoughtfully
built for gathering, entertaining, and unforgettable views. From the moment you enter the
grand foyer, sweeping panoramic vistas of the San Juan Islands immediately command
attention.
Main Floor Living – Designed Around the View
The open-concept main level includes a grand entry, great room, gourmet kitchen, dining
room, and private study/TV room—all offering uninterrupted ocean views. The great room
features a dramatic double-sided fireplace shared with the private study, which includes
French doors, a desk, and chair—ideal for remote work or quiet relaxation.
Gourmet Kitchen
The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining and extended stays, featuring a 48-inch
gas range, farmhouse sink, oversized island with bar sink (seating for two), walk-in butler’s
pantry, and adjoining dining room that comfortably seats ten. Basic pantry essentials are
stocked, along with coffee, tea, and bottled water for your arrival. Grocery pre-stocking can be
arranged upon request.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Upper Level:
• Primary Suite (King Bed): Private ocean-view balcony, fireplace, TV, sitting area, vaulted
ceilings, and a spa-inspired ensuite with custom walk-in shower, deep soaker tub, double
vanities, makeup vanity, and private water closet.
• King Guest Room with ocean views.
• Queen Guest Room. These two rooms share a full bathroom with tub/shower.
Main Floor Bedroom:
• Double bed with twin bunks and lock-out access to a full bathroom with walk-in shower (no
tub).
Every bedroom offers a view—either the ocean or the serene Mount Baker and private lake
backdrop. All rooms feature room-darkening blinds for optimal rest.
Outdoor Living
• Ocean-side deck with afternoon and evening sun.
• Street-side deck with morning sun and afternoon shade.
• Private upper primary deck with afternoon and evening sun.
Five adult bicycles with helmets are available for guest use. Unforgettable sunsets and
soothing ocean sounds await.
Additional Amenities
All linens, extra bath and beach towels, blankets, Gilchrist & Soames bath amenities, and
personal essentials are provided. A front-load washer and dryer are located in a dedicated
laundry room.
