This is our personal Riverfront home with a total of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3000+ sqft, sleeps 10 in true beds & incredible views! Big bonus, the primary suite is on the main floor along with 2 more bedrooms. Family room, 2 more bedrooms, & bathroom upstairs. 10 guests maximum on property.

Important to Note: You do NOT have access to the river for safety purposes. Also, since this out personal home the drawers & closets will have our clothes but plenty of hanging space for your clothes. Help yourself to any food in the pantry or refrigerator. I provide lots of disposable plates, cups, utensils & napkins.

Open floor plan with kitchen, dining, & living room is one shared space. The living room features an electric fireplace (currently not working) and a large sectional. The large patio off the living room has multiple seating areas, a gas grill (one propane tank provided), fire pit (firewood provided) & a TV.

The bedrooms feature an Alexa device (to play ambient noises at night to help you sleep & set alarms) For the ultimate sleep, each bedroom also has bamboo sheets, a fan, & blackout window shades.

The main floor primary suite has many helpful features including wide doorways & an adjustable king bed controlled by a remote. The ensuite bathroom has double vanities and a shower so large it also has a tub inside of it. Owner will leave you plenty of space in the walk-in closet to hang your clothes.

This home is off the interstate & only 20 minutes to downtown Omaha which includes the Old Market, CHI Center, and College World Series events. Other attractions nearby are the Henry Doorly Zoo (18mins), Werner Park (20 mins), & Eppley Airfield (25mins).

-2nd Bedroom (girl’s room): 1 queen bed & 1 vanity with access to shared bathroom.
- 3rd Bedroom (boy’s room): 1 queen bed & 1 vanity with access to shared bathroom.
- 2nd Bathroom: access between bedroom 2 & 3. Share a tub/ shower combo & toilet.
- 3rd Bathroom: 1 vanity/ sink, shower, and toilet.

Second Level:
- Family room with sectional, smart TV & gorgeous views of the river.
-3rd Bedroom: 1 king bed, smart TV, closet.
-4th Bedroom (Non-conforming, No built in closet open one provided). Queen bed, smart tv, & a desk.
- 4th Bathroom: 1 vanity, shower, & toilet.

Parking: no more than 6 cars allowed. Guests do NOT have access to inside garages. No parking along the side of the street, narrow roads in the neighborhood.

Security System throughout home with multiple security cameras outside only, for insurance and safety purposes, NOT for guest use.
