Outstanding in value. Reception is easy, rooms are extremely clean and comfortable, pool is warm (which I love and can rarely find), the decor is filled with some real local artists' work (again, hard to find, quality of things in the rooms is very good, breakfast is included, and everything is just no-nonsense. All for am incredibly reaasonable price. When travelling through, I actually can't wait to get here as it is so comfortable. Thanks to everyone who contributes to making this place a home away from home!

Our neighbours were very noisy....They woke up very early and turned on the radio and Tv. Also they didn't hold on to the door when leaving around 6 in the morning.

I went there with my family to watch the eclipse. The hotel is clean and offering free parking. Breakfast is included. There is a mall just across the street. So, it's very convenient for food, doing some shopping. It's located not so far from HWY 401. This hotel is good for people looking for short stay in Belleville.

Very clean outside and inside complimentary newspaper.Loved the murals inside the rooms of areas of Belleville and near by sandbanks.And the elevator mural was super..Eating area was well planned out with swimming pool in the background.And enjoyed the temperature of the pool.Anytime complimentary drinks of juice water coffee tea was appreciated.Beds very comfortable.Shower pressure wonderfull.

A few years ago, when on a road trip from Ontario to Alberta I had the opportunity to stay in a number of Best Western's. I would rate customer service, cleanliness, general condition of the rooms and property as excellent. The Best Western in Belleville did not disappoint !!! I highly recommend travellers to Belleville consider staying at the Best Western! I'm confident you will agree with me that on all levels (customer service, cleanliness, room and property condition) this Best Western's rating is excellent. Enjoy your stay as did I.

they were so helpful with changing our room when I found out it did not have a tub but just a shower with it being booked for broomball tournament ( which we were attending) & it being Family day weekend. They were able to let us stay in that room for the weekend. it was so nice since I was experience stiffness after a very long drive that twice as long -ended up 9 hours on road instead of just 4 1/2 due to weather & very slow traffic on the 401.

Disappointed, will not return.
Well first of all the pool and hot tub area was not clean. The pool tiles were slippery like they had algae growing on them. And the hot tub was so dirty there were dirty skin flakes floating on top of the bubbles. And the towels in the pool area were not always stocked. The first time we went there was only two left for the 5 of us. Luckily we thought ahead and brought our own towels. And the second/last time we went, there were absolutely no towels. And the only food we had in our room was some chips and a yoghurt from breakfast and our drinks, but on the second day, there were ants that came into our room that were crowding around our garbage can. And there were some other aspects of the room that I was not pleased with. The room wallpaper was either not put it properly or was starting to peel. It was very bubbled out around the corners. Tint on the windows would also be appreciated because we had the room with the window directly next to the lobby doors and forgot to close our curtain before heading out shopping, and when we came back we could see everything in our room. All our personal belongings. The shower was nice except the door didn’t close properly and there were a few spots of what looked like rush maybe on the shower shelves, and around the boarder of the doors and cracks. Maybe it just wasn’t scrubbed properly. Not sure either way, we were not pleased with it. I was however very happy with the shampoo and toiletries brand. Breakfast was okay,Could’ve been bettr

I have stayed at a lot of Best Western’s and this was my most disappointing. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable and whilst the bathroom had been fairly newly refurbished, the design of the bathtub/shower meant that the side of the tub was very high to climb over and the shower head was mounted quite low. I am 5ft 8 and found it only just high enough. A taller person would struggle to wash hair easily. Towels were small, and low in quantity. The smell of popcorn from the bar area was overpowering and overwhelmed the whole hotel. Breakfast was not well stocked and was understaffed. We were unfortunate that we had some very inconsiderate and noisy neighbours near our room who kept us awake with loud music, doors slamming and wall banging through the night. Despite repeated calls to reception at 11:30pm and 1:00am not much was done and as a result very little sleep was had. We were in town for my son’s tumbling competition and this was not the preparation we needed. Unfortunately, we won’t be staying at this hotel again.

I checked in very late, had breakfast and left, but I appreciated the staff greeting I received when I got there, and the offer of tea or coffee. Breakfast area was very nice and the staff I met in the halls and elevator were very friendly.

Loved our stay there. The staff was the nicest. They made popcorn on friday! The breakfast is good according to my boyfriend. I only had the cereals and almond milk (thank you for including dairy free options). It was real sweet !! I recommend eating at Shoeless Joe next to the hotel, it was so good. The pool is nice and the little hot tub is even nicer. Thank you Belleville !

The staff claimed that we had not paid for our reservation even though we had the Expedia booking confirmation and proof of payment. In the end it was rectified but left us questioning the integrity of the hotel.

Very clean and nicely appointed room on our early arrival. Breakfast included freshly made scrambled eggs and sausages as well as the option to make your own waffle. The regular other basic options were also available. . My daughter and grandson enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Staff was friends and helpful. We will use this hotel again.
