«I have to say that the pictures form the hotel was better then "real life". The apartment was clean and big for the four of us. But we got a apartment without a view and wtihout a terasse. The pool was cold and not cleaned, so we couldn´t use that one. The price was good, you get what you pay for, nothing more.»

«We had a two bedroom apartment with the most amazing views over Lake Como. The property owner was friendly and helpful. Every morning we enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the balcony with views of the lake. You have to walk roughly 4 to 5 minutes down to a carpark where you can catch a small train to Bellagio town centre. I would recommend this property to anyone. We found it wonderful. »

«Leiligheten var romslig med fin uteplass som deles med flere og fantastisk utsikt. Du kan benytte hotellets trimrom som ligger i samme hus og som var svært godt utstyrt. I tillegg kan du bruke hotellets fasiliteter som solstoler og svømmebasseng og mulighet til å bade i Comosjøen. Hotellet har en vakker hage og leiligheten ligger inne på hotellets område.»

«Vi fikk en stor fin leilighet i et idyllisk område. Ble tatt godt i mot kl 2200. (ringte på forhånd) Gratis parkering. Man må ha bil for å komme til hotellet.»

«The photo in the picture if the pool is not part of the hotel. It is a communal pool 500metres from the hotel which also is of extra cost. I complained to hotels.com about it because we booked the hotel simply for the pool, which it doesn't have, yet the picture is still there. Very misleading. Parking costs €5 overnight. Good location for wandering around the town. In fairness, the bed was comfortable and room was clean, but was very dated. »

«Without overstating it, I can say that I have never stayed at a hotel or other short-term rental with better service, both leading up to the stay and during it. The communication and the assistance, including the level of depth and detail of each, simply could not have been better (our principal point of contact was Francesca, who embodied the concept of "going the extra mile"). In fact, based on this along, I would consider staying no place else during return trips to Bellagio. Just truly ...
