GUEST ACCESS

• Guests have access to the entire home minus 1 locked closet.

• The yard is partially fenced directly off of the patio but the remaining yard is not.

• Parking for 2 vehicles in driveway

• 1 car garage for bike storage or single small vehicle if you'd like

• Guests are also allowed access to Bella Vista POA amenities as guests if they request guest passes from us within 3 business days of arrival and after booking is confirmed (instructions given after booking). These amenities are not free but you are given access to them for a cost per activity as a guest. Costs of activities can be found on the Bella Vista POA website.

• We do not live on site but we love hosting and want to ensure you're comfortable and enjoying your time at our home. Reach out anytime with questions or needs!

• We're located near the end of a dead-end street, so it's a very quiet area with little to no traffic.

• We're less than a half mile from the Down Under Loop trail so our community is extremely bike friendly.

• We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests' responsibility.

• Our smart TVs are ready to stream your accounts.

• The pack-n-play & booster seat are stored in the guest bedroom closet.

• Guests may see some wildlife or insects during your stay — this is common for properties in natural, wooded, or lakeside areas.
