Welcome to The Allendale Overlook, a peaceful Northwest Arkansas retreat tucked among the trees in Bella Vista. With a spacious open-concept living area, three comfortable bedrooms, a large backyard, and easy access to Bella Vista’s trails, lakes, and golf courses, it’s a great home base for mountain biking, outdoor adventures, family getaways, or simply relaxing. Downtown Bentonville is just a short drive away.



The Space:

A covered front porch welcomes you into The Allendale Overlook, a comfortable single-level home with a spacious open-concept layout. The living room, dining area, and kitchen flow together, creating an inviting space to gather and relax. The kitchen features a large island with plenty of room for cooking and meal prep.



The home includes three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed and private attached bathroom along with a desk for remote work. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds. These bedrooms share a full bathroom, making the layout comfortable for families, couples, or small groups.



Step outside from the main living area onto the back deck, where you’ll find an electric grill and a spacious yard surrounded by trees. It’s a great spot for morning coffee, an evening meal, or letting your four-legged friend enjoy some outdoor time.



Guests also have access to the garage during their stay for parking a vehicle or for storing bikes and other outdoor gear.



Guest Access:

Guests will receive a unique door code 48 hours prior to arrival for convenient keyless entry through the front door. The garage is available for parking and use during their stay.

The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Bella Vista, surrounded by mature trees and natural scenery. The area is known for its access to outdoor recreation, including nearby lakes, golf courses, and an extensive trail system for biking and hiking. It offers a peaceful setting while still being a short drive to Bentonville, dining options, and local attractions.



Guests can also request Bella Vista POA guest passes during their stay, which provide access to select community amenities. If you would like passes, please let us know in advance so we can apply for them for you.

Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for getting around the area. The home is readily accessible via paved roads, making arrival and departure easy. Bella Vista is a residential community with attractions, trails, and lakes spread throughout, and there are ample bike trails in the area for those looking to explore on two wheels. The home offers garage parking, and additional driveway parking may be available. Downtown Bentonville, grocery stores, restaurants, and other amenities are just a short drive away.



Other Things to Note:

-Absolutely no parties.

-Must be 25 years of age to book.

-No refunds for weather-related events.

-No smoking anywhere on the property.

-All visitors must be off the property by quiet hours, 10 pm to 7 am.

-Dog-friendly: $65 fee for stay. No cats.

-Early check-in may be available for an additional fee.

-Unbagged trash will result in an additional fee.
