This is really a wonderful property. The three bed rooms have comfortable beds, are pretty separate from each other with a bathroom either en suite or next to the bed room. The living area and kitchen are nicely laid out and well appointed. The location is good. Nice outdoor spaces as well. We drove to Noel, MO for kayaking and to Bentonville, AR to the Chrystal Bridges museum...both only 20 minute drives. The trails around Bella Vista were so nice, especially the Tanyard Creek Nature Trail. We would absolutely stay here again!

Summer vacay 2025

This house is absolutely amazing. I would dare say one of the best vacation rentals I have stayed in. It is well kept, comfortable, and clean. It is obvious that the owners take pride in their home and I appreciate that. Plenty of room for everyone including our dog. The neighborhood is very quiet and pleasant. Sitting on the deck enjoying my morning coffee and listening to nature was everything I hoped it would be. I would recommend this house to those who need to get away from the busy life, take a deep breath, and slow down.

Memorial weekend with the family

This was a great place to stay for the whole family. Plenty of room and a very clean property. A perfect screened in porch to watch birds. It rained the whole weekend we were there so the house was a great retreat to spend time in with the family watching movies and playing cards. We would definitely rent this house again great location, beautiful scenic area.

Great house close to Bentonville and outdoor trails

My family and I stayed here for a little over a week leading up to a family wedding. It was perfect for us! The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house and there is a great downstairs master in the basement. Plenty of areas to relax, and gather together for family time. Kitchen is well-stocked, and communication with the property management team is exceptional! The house is in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown Bentonville and the amazing Coler trail system. We took advantage of outdoor activities, Crystal Bridges Museum, and delicious food. This area of Arkansas is beautiful, friendly, and vibrant. We would love to stay at this property in the future! Our only issue was the internet, but we figured out that it was plugged into a faulty extension cord in the basement (causing it to go in and out). Hopefully they will have sorted this out, as we brought it to their attention.

A nice stay but could be better

Overall, the home was nice with comfortable beds and fully stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. The home’s curb appeal needs to be improved as the yard needed some new landscaping, mowing, and weed control. Also, more deep cleaning and dusting throughout the house could be done to freshen it up. The back porch smelled musty and could use some freshening up as well. We noticed some bugs and insects in the bottom bedroom but that is to be expected I guess being close to the woods. It would have been nice to have some bird feeders around to bring in the birds while sitting on the back porch. We only noticed 3 butter knives in the kitchen and had to keep washing them to have enough for our dinners. Not sure if the home had an antennae for local channels but it would have been nice to have that option. We noticed that the internet for streaming went out a couple of times too. All in all, the home was sufficient for our week long stay but we are used to a little more luxury, cleanliness, and extras which we feel we didn’t get.

Loved it!

We would definitely stay here again! We loved the four-seasons room off the living room. We had coffee in the morning out there and relaxed in the evening listening to the night sounds. The bed was extremely comfortable as well as the other seating arrangements. The house was equipped with all the amenities of home. It was clean and decorated nicely. The neighborhood was quiet and kept up. This was easy access to Bentonville. We would highly recommend the restaurant "The Table At The Hickory Inn" in Bentonville. It was excellent prime rib! We highly recommend this home as well!
