Overall a good stay, but there were some small issues that made a difference for us. The Good:-great location -fully fenced in backyard for small dogs and even had dog bowls if we needed-easy check-in great layout for 2 couples-fully equipped kitchen that we used-great parking for 2 cars-comfortable seating for 4 adults-clean, comfortable beds-grill was clean & we used it to grill burgers-clean side tables in bedrooms and good lights The Not-So Good:-In general as the previous reviewer stated, the house feels run-down. -communications from management company was good in frequency, but kept changing with added pet fee that wasn’t posted in the listing(they said they fixed it after charging us) and the time where we would get the check in information went from one week to 48 hrs to exactly or check in time so that’s frustrating.-we sneezed ALOT when we first got there. Was quite dusty for the air conditioning and fans running-the walls and floors need a good deep cleaning. Walls: dinged up & tons of old nail holes, doors need scrubbed from dirty finger prints and tile floors were dirty in several places like they swept quickly but not thoroughly -both showers were SLIPPERY & no mats to help-white towels were dingy in bathrooms-there were small hairs on the bathroom storage closet doors??-loved the screened in porch but cushions were quite dusty-the backyard was mostly dirt. It rained our last day so it wasn’t a huge issue but could see it being one
